A must for online learning

Within the first week, it clearly could not keep up with the multi tasking and zoom calls. I was able to return it and upgrade it to a MacBook Pro. I have been using it for about 2.5 months and I am very satisfied with it. I am able to multitask and run different programs without the fans turning on and heating up. I am a little annoyed with the smart bar, but I am trying to get use to it.

Macbook pro

I am not happy with the GeekSquad. I had to call 2x and they couldn't help either time. I paid extra for this coverage and have had to figure out the problems myself. I'm frustrated.

good, but....
