Store rep was very knowledgeable about the product and the store's processes to get us the best value for our money. Really excellent experience! We made an appointment to have data transferred from our old computer, took it in and again a good experience. A tech called several times to give us an update on the process which was very appreciated. The only thing not up to the Geek Squad standard was when we picked up the new laptop. He couldn't answer our questions and concerns and seemed in a hurry for us to leave. I spent many hours at home trying to configure my email (finally successful) which should have been done in the store If not for the final experience, I would have given you 5 stars. LOVE my new MacBook Pro!
