Great laptop! It's a Mac, and you get what that word entails. Great build quality, great speakers, great mics, and optimized performance. But the new M1 chip is simply better than what intel is offering, truly next-gen performance for a thin and light with insane battery life. TLDR; Forget intel! Pay the extra money to get the M1 variant or save a few bucks and go with the M1 MacBook air.

I love my new MacBook Pro 13 inch laptop. It is so trim and sharp to use. Also the screen is crisp and so clear and the sound is so much better than my old MacBook Pro from 10 or more years ago. When you hold and use it, you realize what a magnificently designed piece of equipment it truly is. I truly enjoy using it and would not have bought anything else. I am a long time Mac person. Thank you.

Great laptop! I have owned 2 previous apple laptops and this is by far my favorite. I am still learning the Touch Bar, though I noticed it does have some handy features. Picking this up on sale was really the only way I could justify the price. The MacBook Air has the same i5 but less SSD storage for a few hundred less. Its a tough call. Though many of the Windows laptops for the same price have about the same performance, so it was easy to choose apple in that regard.

Great MacBook! I am able to jump screens while using my iPad it’s great! Not too heavy so I take it to school.

I bought the $999 base MacBook Air and took it back when I seen the 13” pros came out with the magic keyboard too. I can tell you right now after just one day that this device is better. The build quality just feels better overall, it’s just much better presentation. I know the performance is better even though I haven’t pushed it much. If any weirdness happens I’ll come edit this review eventually!

I picked up my Macbook October 31 and I still have no problems with it. I was confused between the MacBook Pro and the macbook Air After I did in abundance amount of research I figured out that the MacBook Pro was better for school. I also like the Touch Bar and I love how I can do anything on my MacBook without having to have My physical phone. The MacBook is expensive but it is a great investment especially if you are responsible like me.

Absolutely devastated over the loss of my MacBook. The Apple was the first computer I learned on. Terrified, it opened doors to me that blew my mind. A MacBook was an absolute dream come true to have. The possibilities were endless and life changing. I was able to be creative, write at a whole new level and explore possibilities of providing for my family by working from home. My husband unexpectedly passed away and amidst the chaos of dealing with grieving hearts, planning a funeral and figuring out what the future looked like, my computer was stolen along with some precious jewelry. You never fully understand how blessed you are until what you have is taken away. Just try NOT using your MacBook for a week or two and see how desperate you feel. The only thing that has come close, or even excited me was the latest Microsoft Surface. I loved the experience when I borrowed one. Sadly, with the coronavirus and remote schooling happening, I really miss my MacBook. A tablet just doesn’t cut it. But I haven’t been able to afford to replace the MacBook. Which is something to keep in mind. They can be expensive. But I think worth it if you can make it happen. For those of us who can’t, the public library is an option

I bought this because I am an incoming college freshman and I couldn’t complain. It does everything you’d need it to do without any problems. Runs super smoothly also thanks to the optimization of MacOS Catalina, can’t wait to see what Big Sur brings to this laptop. If you need an entry-level MacBook and you’re on a budget, get this one. It also goes on sale frequently so I recommend waiting for that to save a bit more money!

Bought an imac 2020 version about a month ago. Was instantly sold on it and easy to adjust to it since ive used iphones and ipads since forever but never owned macs or macbooks. This MacBook is a great new addition. We are Apple users and have been for a long time. This computer has so many great features, and it is very compact, and lightweight compared to some of the older model MacBooks, but it also heavy enough to stay on the table when you go to open it. The MacBook Air would always be tougher to open because it was SO light, and I always felt like I would drop it. This one is perfect.

I bought it as a gift. It is a perfect size, light weight and the speed is incredible!
