    I am happy with my purchase. Great features, work to my speed but could do with better battery life. Due to volume Zoom meets, I have to keep the charger on. Lasts for 3hours tops.

    The Geek squad confirmed my old Mac Book Pro had a charger port problem even though it was determined by Apple Care that there wasn't a problem after being sent for repairs twice. I received full store credit & I was able purchase the updated version of the 13' Mac Book Pro.

    Much better keyboard than on 2016 model, and it seems a bit faster. However, the bluetooth has been funky. Not sure if it’s the Big Sur operating system or the hardware.
