We had an old MacBook that lasted about 10 solid years and still works, but is a bit slower. We purchased two of these for my college junior and freshman, as the ChromeBook just doesn’t cut it for what they’re needing. Love the touch pad and security. Great features and extremely easy to use. Highly recommend!

Got this for my son for work and he loves it. He said it’s very easy to edit his work and everything here. Glad I was able to get this for him.

I’ve had a few issues like not pulling in my phone contacts and a few freeze ups (probably user error). But overall easy to use and working well.

I previously had a macbook air and I was looking to upgrade and the 2020 macbook pro came out and I didn’t hesitate to go pick one up. It’s been a great laptop and it doesn’t have that crappy butterfly keyboard! It now has the magic keyboard and it’s got a good feeling click to it. Definitely would recommend.

if you want it for school it works well & for daily use. the fan does get loud depending if you’re watching videos a lot but overall nice and clean.

So I bought an open box MacBook Pro touchbar NEVER AGAIN WILL I MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING OPEN BOX! I spent over 1500$ was told it was beyond excellent condition for my laptop to completely die 1 month later! Had to end up paying over 200$ more to get a new one Even tho I paid almost 400$! For apple care! Also I’ve reviewed my preview purchase and I was censored because my name was Trumpman! Is this how you treat your “Elite Members”

The MacBook Pro is a great choice! I’ve owned one for several years and have been so pleased with it, I purchased this as a gift for a family member. It has many great features and best of all, no ongoing security updates required.

We purchased these as a Christmas presents for our twins who graduate high school in the spring. Although we can't comment on these particular computers, my older son's MacBook Pro has been an asset to him during his three years at college. And we definitely recommend purchasing the Apple Care.

My daughter loves the computer. Computer was received a day earlier than originally stated. Computer came well packaged And received without any damage. Will continue purchasing through Best Buy. I have never had a bad experience.

This computer replaces my old MacBook Pro, and is a definite step up. My only concern/regret is that only two USB C ports are provided and it has been necessary to purchase additional adapters to make my existing peripherals useable, but I should have read the specs more carefully.

I have a 10 year old MacBook Pro, so I finally broke down and got another one. I love the updates and upgrades that have been added through the years, so using this system comes natural to me. I honestly feel like this is the laptop to buy if you’re looking for durability and quality.

My niece is in heaven with her MacBook Pro! She uses it for everything from school work to watching Netflix to keeping herself organized. The only thing she doesn't like is the picture quality when she's video chatting. It sucks but she has other devices to use for that area.

Perfection in a laptop. An excellent keyboard and stunning screen make this an easy choice for your daily driver. Want a laptop that will be as useful five years from now as it is today? Invest a bit more in RAM to ensure you get and keep the performance you need now and will need tomorrow.

I am so glad to have gotten my hands on this wonderful device. I was drawn my the great sale price Best Buy was offering on this brand new device, but I certainly paid for those extra dollars of in time spent trying to get info on my device and buy AppleCare+. It was an absolute nightmare with 2 trips to the store, over 3 hours waiting for a phone call or a response to the chat to get my product covered with AppleCare+. Originally I was told by several sales associates on the phone and saw on several FAQ threads that Best Buy does NOT track apple product serial numbers on proofs of purchase and that that information is just not available to me or anyone else. Proof of purchase with a serial number is necessary to get AppleCare directly from Apple, which makes total sense - they need to verify the sale. However, I wasn't able to get it anywhere from Best Buy which honestly seems very bizarre that they don't track them. I was forced to buy from Best Buy directly and after initial purchase must be bought in store (understandably for fear of damage). When I get to the store (for the 2nd time), the sales associate there say that they DO "heavily" track serial numbers, and Apple products are some of the only that can be returned with a serial number. The lack of communication about this policy is exhausting and frustrating for consumers. Between Apple & Best Buy, I easily spend 7+ hours negotiating a single apple care policy, and this was very difficult considering there are COVID-19 interruptions (understandably). But STILL, Best Buy should make this policy clear to their employees and their customers to save everyone a lot of headaches. Love the new magic keyboard btw, haha.

I needed a new laptop and this is an excellent product. I also came to pick up my order 3 min before closing and unbeknownst to me when pick up hours were technically over. However, an associate came and brought me my laptop anyway. Very appreciative! No issues with this Best Buy location thus far!

I’m getting use to Mac OS, coming from a pc in which I still continue to use daily. I love the ecosystem and how everything communicates with each other. I can answer my phone on my MacBook! I’m enjoying it so far. I went price watching to see when the price would go down in order to price match.

Love it, besides some things they made too complicated like, copy and paste. And scrolling up and down is a pain in the rear. The arrows don’t work on most things and it’s just annoying more than anything.

It’s a MacBook so of course it’s great! This my 3rd MacBook Pro in 10years so I’m pretty obsessed. Apple never lets me down. I still have my 2015 model I just needed a update that’s compatible to my iPad Pro and iPhone 11pro.
