I’ve had a MacBook since 2010 and it’s still in good working condition. Recently got another MacBook Pro for my college freshman because this laptop is so reliable and i’ve proven it to be the least susceptible of virus attacks than other brands.

I needed a computer for school and home and I wanted a MAC! I had a MAC before a while back and finally it stopped working-after using a Dell for a while, I still longed for a MAC. I got it and I. LOVE. IT. It’s so sleek and modern. It’s definitely worth the money.

Amazing laptop! I bought this for my daughter being everyone was learning from school and this has been an absolute amazing laptop for her. Zoom calls are very clear, audio sound is amazing as well.

I like the laptop but I feel the battery life dies way quicker then my old 2011 MacBook. But overall, it’s a cool laptop.

This is the first macbook i habe after years of using other brands. I thought it is going be hard to change but literally took me 10 minutes to set it up and i was able to work with it. I’ll never use other brands again. This is the best laptop I’ve ever had so far.

No complaints.Had a few issues but was able to work it our with A support. Love the design and the functionality of it.

I am quite pleased with my new Mac. It is a dream to use and light weight. Just the slightest touch and it does what you want it to do. It's almost like it reads your mind. My old MacBook was 10 years old and using it was like trying to move a huge truck.

I love my MacBook! I debated for a while on getting the rose gold air or the pro and decided to go with the pro. It is perfect for what I needed it for for which is school. I was set on getting a MacBook over a laptop and I am glad that I did.

You can get the same specs on Windows laptop for half the price. You basically paid for the brand name half the cost.

The model we wanted was not in stock; but was shipped by Best buy in 3 days. I have multiple Apple MacBook Pro's and was replacing an older model. Really happy with my purchase and the price

Good. Not much different than the previous one. I am not an expert that can notice any minor differences between older and newer models. But buying from Best Buy helps to save some money as apple don’t give any sale or discount offers.

It’s faster than I thought to be honest. It’s not more customizable than a custom tower build but come on.

I love my new MacBook Pro. This Macbook Pro is so much faster then my old windows computer. The sound the video graphics are so much nicer and clear.I would recommend this computer to someone who needs a fast and reliable computer.

This laptop was a gift foe my daughter who is a college student. She had been using a 9 year old MAC Book and is thrilled with all there is to offer on this new model. Set up was a super easy and she is back up and running and VERY happy.

I had a great customer service person who identified this computer as a good value for me for what I needed. Great purchase, happy with the computer. Only negative is the battery doesn’t last very long. I have not tried to fix the issue.

All good nothing negative to add. My son loved his christmas present and it works well for school too!

I BOUGHT THE APPLE COMPUTER FOR MY SISTER.GLORIA TURNED 70 ON JANUARY 12.. THAT IS THE ONLY THING I COULD GIVE HER.HER OLD ONE WAS ON IT'S LAST LEG..SHE COULD NOT AFFORD ANOTHER ONE SO I BOUGHT IT FOR HER AND SHE LOVES,LOVES,LOVES IT.

Good and easy to use. Easy to use. But can’t use app, that’s not good. No reward points here, NO good!
