Our staff love the new MacBook Pro 2020 model - it is an awesome upgrade from 2019 just for the keyboard alone. When you add the newer processor and gorgeous display this is a no-brainer. You won't be disappointed.

Been using the Macbook Pro 13 inch for almost a month, and its great for workflow on beatmaking! I can move any of my files between my iPhone and Macbook via Airdrop, which is a welcome change that cannot be done on PC!

Excellent new MacBook and great service as well. The new Mac is better than my older model and I am always able to use the Geek Squad for any of my questions.

Love this laptop. Touch ID is one of the best features and keyboard is incredibly smooth. Touch Bar is what I like the most of the computer, incredibly useful & adapts to whatever you are doing at the time.

Purchased this as an open-boxed because honestly I like to save a couple bucks if there's any way I can. I was skeptical at first but it works like new with no flaws and I'm super happy about the purchase. Love it.

I was upgrading with a 2015 MacBook Pro with Retina. Build quality and materials are just superior to anything the competition does, by far - and it is not even close. Sidecar is a great feature with a big iPad Pro.

I had a MacBook since 2015 and it lasted a good 5 years before I needed to replace the battery. Instead of fixing that I decided to get a new one since I use it every weekday for 8+ hours for work. Before my first MacBook, I had HP and Dell and honestly they all only last a year before three slow down and crash on me. Price point is expensive in comparison but worth it in my opinion.

My children are enjoying the MacBook Pro especially the keyboard. My kids were so excited. I am thinking about purchasing another for myself. I would definitely recommend this computer to everyone.

Honestly, if you need a new macbook for anything more powerful than basic programs, get the one with the M1 chip. This one I had to return because the fan always kicked on at boot up (despite every effort to correct the issue), and especially when running more than a few tabs on Chrome and/or running photoshop.

I am very satisfied with my purchase, bought is back in Sept 20, five months later I've had no problems or concerns. It is very efficient and easy to use specially now where I am working from home

I had always wanted a MacBook Pro and I finally have one. I was going to order directly through apple but the shipping time frame was way too long. I decided to order through Best Buy and man I’m glad I did!!!

nice computer but had to upgrade because the USBC thunderbolt port to charge the laptop is only on one side and also the SSD storage is a little low.

I needed the upgrade because I wanted to get more into editing. The laptop was open box from Best Buy and was in a very good condition. You couldn’t beat the price. I am more than satisfied!

This product is perfect for what I was needing to do. The MacBook Pro is a good idea for anyone who is needing a little more than what a MacBook Air can give. The Touch ID and Siri strip is a plus!

Had a few fumbles before I was happy. I had to exchange this due to one having cosmetic issues out the box. The space gray is beautiful. One thing- don’t waste your time buying a case right now because they don’t fit as this years model is slightly wider on the bottom. Wound up finding one that actually fits on Etsy. Amazon and other sellers say they have some that fit but I’ve returned over a dozen.
