For the norm I get really good service from your staff, in particular "The Geek Squad." But this time, probably through no fault of their own, when I purchased a new laptop. I was told to make an appointment with Geek squad to have some work done on it as soon as the computer arrived. On the delivery date, it was delivered to home late in the evening. The following morning I arrived at Best Buy at opening where I was advised that the Geek Squad was closed until further notice due to current situations. So with that being said, I purchased a laptop that I have been unable to use. Is there any estimated date when Geek Squad might go back to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

After using laptops from HP and Dell, I thought to move to Apple. Firstly, I would say the laptop is lightweight. The processor is smooth, the battery is great even after 4 years.

Good enough for a graduation gift for a recent accomplishment of that magnitude

The overall build of the laptop is great, however, the keyboard is okay.

I bought This laptop on the deal of the day, the battery did not charge, I went to the apple store because it was a new computer and it has warranty, well they told me that this computer was used and it was not on warranty anymore, I went to the store and let them know, after a they checked it they sent another computer (the same) and it did not charge again, I took it to BestBuy to returned it and the customer service was nice, not the assistant manager, he treated me like I was trying to take advantage of the situation, I just wanted a computer to do my job.
