Bought this Mac in one day sale, no wonder why it was sooooooo cheap, the laptop came up with a battery issue, show me a an advertisement to replace the battery. All I can say is disappointing about how Best Buy like to do bussines with their costumer. I did need this Mac, and their didn’t give me options about this product, their was forcing me to choose another Mac at regular price or “returned” after wait about a month to receive the product.

Buy this from Apple. The display died within 5 months of use.

MacBook pro have and issue and still try to solving it , the issue that the batter is not working at all , and not accepting to be charged , and the MacBook has to be pluged in all time - and all that hassle just from the fist time , ( yes i received it not working ) - please dont buy

Battery never took a charge and now I have to get it replaced via Apple. My advice don’t buy a gift for someone more than 14 days before you give it to them. The return policy is 14 days so just hope you get insurance

My credit card information was used to buy this computer.I guess that no one checks ID in the Canton Mass. store. I live in a different state. The bank refunded the money pending the investigation. I think it takes a lot of nerve to ask me to review this purchase. Be safe and good luck everyone.

Completed dead on arrival. Battery immediately said that it needs to be replaced, can not be charged. Had to return day 1. They have no stock to replace it with either.

It is 2021 and Macbook still has 720p as WEBCAM. Apple must start using 1080 or 4K cameras for their so premier products.

Bought it in August and the battery can’t hold a charge. Only 2 months old and it only works when it’s plugged in.

Apple is overrated and becoming like my grandparents...clinging to the awesome days that don't exist. It's designed for the really old and really young.

The screen is damaged, and Best buy refuses to exchange it.

Love the Mac. Ease of use and functionality are as always but only giving it 3 stars because there is no built in compact disc compartment. Everything (accessories) have to be purchased separately as an upscale cost. Miss the old Mac. And the new prongs are a bit frustrating to deal with. You have to purchase an adapter separately to connect multiple devices, including USB cables. Wish I still had my old Mac.

This is my first Mac, and I am happy with it. I gave it 4 stars because at boot up, it’s slower than my last year’s HP Spectre with I7 and 16gigs RAM, this laptop is at least 3-5 seconds slower, and it take 3-4 seconds after typing the password to start. My HP, with Windows Hello face recognition log in smokes this Apple laptop
