This was purchased as a computer that can be used at both our summer and winter locations without having to transfer data. At one location, we attach it to an LG monitor to get a larger image. The new Macbook Pro seems significantly improved over our still-good MacBook Air. Be aware that the new Pro model uses all Thunderbird connections. You may want to buy some adapters from Best Buy to run your previous peripherals.

Switching from an Air to MacBook Pro was a great step in the right direction. The power that it delivers along with such a sharp screen is completely worth it. The build feels solid and high quality. The touch bar often times seem like a novelty initially, but upon further use and being accustomed to it ends up being a good valued addition and tool. Overall, no regrets at all and extremely happy with my purchase.

My last MacBook Pro was a 2011 model. It was time for an upgrade. Even though it doesn't have a disk drive or the other inputs, I am completely okay with purchasing dongles. I planned ahead and bought a tech bag for organizing all the accessories for my invested purchase. So far, I have used this for email and online shopping haha I haven't started using it for projects yet. Upgrading from a 2011 to a 2018 is worth it.

First off, I upgraded from a 12" MacBook 2015 so the performance boost was very very noticable. I mainly use this laptop for school and it's performed amazingly, although it does get a bit hot.

This is my first Apple MacBook Pro and I’m shocked how fast and easy it is to operate. I had a Windows Laptop and I’m never going back. The speed is awesome, everything goes very fast. I got the 512gb SSD and I love it. If you want the best, than this is it.

From some time I was thinking about whether spending this much for a MacBook would help me or not. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I usually get into memory and other issues with regular laptops with my habit of opening multiple browsers and development going in parallel with docker containers running behind the scenes. Macbook pro just came out pro!!

One look at the MacBook Pro 13 with Touch Bar is all you need to know it’s a Mac. That’s even more impressive now that Apple has decided to take attention away from its branding, ditching the glowing white apple in favor of a slick, subtle gloss logo similar to what’s on the MacBook, the iPhone, and the iPad. Ease of use, connects well with printers, lovebairdrop from iphone to laptop.
