finally got a macbook

Constantly Freezes

The screen on this is great although it will sometime shine with a yellow hue. The Touch Bar is good when it works. My biggest gripe is this laptop freezes on me constantly. Especially when trying to sign back on or when the laptop is dormant for a few hours. It's the worst experience I have had with a MacBook and I have owned 5. The performance doesn't outweigh the annoyance of it constantly freezing.

Love my MacBook

Fortunately, Best Buy had what I wanted, in stock and on sale. Fantastic! Couldn’t wait for delivery so this was perfect alternative. Transferring over to new MacBook was a breeze. If I had known it would be that easy then I would have bought new one sooner.

My college kid did not find it necessary at first (it was an additional cost). They already called to thank me that I insisted because they see how it has already been a great investment and made things better.
