I have to admit I don’t know what the big deal is about Apple products. They are way overpriced and they’re not compatible with anything else except Apple devices. I will not buy an Apple computer again.

Mac displays for programer convience and not for user maximum convience. No touch screen. All USB C have to buy $199 dongle to interact with other devices. VERY HOT poor cooling.

Replaced my older mac. Some hitches in the beginning due to glitches. But apple customer service helped smooth it out. Was odd for a new computer.

Touch Bar should go away or at least as a option to add. Not really that useful.

Works well. Some issues with performance. Hopefully a software issue...

Nice computer at first but it keeps crashing on occasion

This is our 1st MacBook Pro in 2 years and both have had issues. We were told by the repair team that these have common challenges with the track pad and the internal ribbon that provides the connection to the display screen. We had one track pad and the keyboard completely stop working (it was okay when connected to external devices) and the other one had the screen go completely pink and striped. The previous models we had were phenomenal and lasted 6 years. When paying this much, we expect it to last.

I had to return the computer to Best Buy less than 24 hours after purchase. My wife was using it and the screen went black and wouldn't respond. I had purchased a 15 inch Apple the same day and that one had to go back two weeks later because it wouldn't take a charge. For the price you pay for these things you should get a little better quality.

The keyboard really sucks and apple needs to change it if they don't want to irritate their customers.

The battery life of this macbook pro is not as advertised.

It was worth every penny spent on the computer. Six years later, it still has all its normal functionality. It has never let me down. It went through several macOS updates and maintained its usual speed. Excellent value for money at Best Buy!

Just because I've always used MSFT but did try to work with the conversion and just didn't feel it was worth all the changes I would have learn about

I have been using this MacBook Pro for almost 5 years with no issues. It works quite well with my hard work for studying exams and doing some research projects (image analysis). This is my correct choice with open box!

Got a great price since it had been out awhile. Keyboard had a function issue so apple replaced the laptop. No issues since then.

Super nice machine. I've had many windows laptops and always wanted to give the Apple Mac Pro a try. I purchased the space grey with a larger 512 SSD. Going from windows to mac was a pretty easy adjustment. The computer performs beautifully and is fast. I'm really impressed with this machine. I can say without doubt that this is the nicest laptop I've ever owned. Yes, it's a bit expensive, but the Apple build and quality are superb. Along with the Applecare I purchased a matching color Incase Designs Cover that fits perfectly and looks great to protect the case. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Finally a MBP 13 with a true quad core processor. The biggest reservation I've always had with the 13 inch models was the sacrifice I had to make in performance for a small travel friendly form factor. This thing is faster than last years MBP 15 with the I7 processors, wow!

Overall, this is the best 13" MBP with tons of internal improvements. I also like the True Tone which is much easier on the eyes especially during long sessions. This model also comes with 4 full speed thunderbolt 3 ports and a quad core processor. I really enjoy Mac OS, it's a more refined experience and enjoyable to use. PC user for years who finally switched!
