This machine works as well as I expected it to. I'm coming off a 2014 Macbook Pro that served me very well, but could not handle many necessary OS and app updates anymore. My general workload involves running multiple applications simultaneously. The most taxing app would be GarageBand. I would highly recommend this machine to anyone who has a bit more than general computing tasks to do.

Have been using this exactly for 1 year now, could not be happier. Have not had any issues with this macbook. I went with the option for 16gb memory and 1TB SSD and I have not had any issues with my computer freezing up on me or processing issues.

My 16 year old MacBook Pro was in need of replacing (still works, btw - thanks, Apple!! <3 but too slow for productivity, obvs). I purchased the M3 and honestly, was not impressed. Felt marginally faster than my old one. I went back and exchanged it for the M4 and what a difference! SO fast and efficient! Noticeable difference between the M3 and M4. Apple has also improved the process of transferring all of the data from one device to the other between these two gens, and I really appreciated that. My only complaint is there was no option for a space grey, that gorgeous color went away (boo!). But other than that, one happy customer here!

Very clean and sleek. Got this as a gift and the person loves it. They use it everyday, and the specs are pretty awesome considering it's apple.

I love the new iPad Pro. It has the fasts chip and 512 Gbits of memory. I wish the sale person had ask about cell connective. I should have added that.

Excellent computer as far as overall performance! This is my 6th Apple MacBook and it outperforms all my previous ones. My biggest complaint is the actual keyboard, I learned typing on an electric typewriter where you had to have a full keystroke and my fingers knew exactly where the keys were. This keyboard is so flat and my fingers miss keys all the time and I am constantly looking at the keyboard and find myself pecking exactly like I was told NOT to do! I know the keyboard is flat because of the thickness of the computer. I personally prefer more of a resistance mechanism when typing for accuracy. Other than that I LOVE the computer
