    This laptop is good with the specs that i needed but built in microsoft chrome has some issues, we called the apple helpdesk at reset everything but the issue hasnt resolved. I had to go back to bestbuy and replaced the unit. so far the new unit is working great. They never gave me a problem exchanging it.

    A very nice laptop. It works flawlessly and is nicely integrated with my iPad and iPhone. Apple provided a very easy way to transfer data and programs from my old Mac to this new one. I've only had it for a few weeks but i love it. I would definitely recommend it.

    The usual great Apple product. Bought open box to save a few hundred dollars and it appeared completely new. This replaced my 10 year old MacBook so obviously all the new features seem amazing.

    Customer service both in store and on the phone has been the best. Fairly slow on getting refund credited. But I think that issue is Chase Bank not Best Buy. Everything has overall been 10+ compared to other stores. Keep improving
