Macbooks make things so simple. From their easy start-up to setting up a new printer. You don't have to be an IT wizard to get things going on a Mac.

Fingerprint access for passwords still required your sign in password so it tends to be more time consuming. Also despite having the same NUMBER of ports as my old Mac, sizing changed so I had to purchase a wireless mouse vs using the one I had with old Mac and will need to get a new HDMI cable to connect to my TV. Obviously was not told about new changes and just "assumed" they were same. Battery life is excellent right now but I'm sure will dissipate. Hopefully the computer will last me the same amount of time as my last one.

Love this Laptop. It easily connects to all of my other apple devices. I can access and control my iPhone from it. Super fast and good with multitasking for school.

I love this laptop it’s great for school, everything I need in one. I would love the idea of touchscreen but ok that it’s not a feature on this one. Over all perfect for school.

It's my third Macbook and it's as good as I expected. It's fast, lightweight and has a beautiful 3D desktop image of Sequoias. I still have some discovery ahead of its new tricks.

M4 chip is very fast processor. I always use apple mac book or pro

I have had this laptop for about 2 months now. I primarily use it for school and organizing my life/career goals. It does the job. The sound and screen quality are I just wish it was lighter for better transport. The screen is also very flimsy. Each time I pick it up- while it’s open- the slightest momentum the screen flings open. This problem is straight out of the box - no wear and tear at this point. I’m sure with time it will worsen and cost a lot to fix. Just keep that in mind. For it to be the newest version - and the price - I would expect good mechanics.

The computer works fine and its perfect but when it was "delivered" it wasnt and someone had signed for me when i wasnt home nor anyone else at the supposed delivery time and plus the deliverh driver was being very suspicious when asked where the package was when they had finally brought the thing after i called and bitched about it and no answer both delivery driver and the representative from the delivery company and also from best buy representatives dont know either

I am very happy with my purchase. It is very fast. The camera is excellent for meetings. The sound quality is very good as well. This is my first Apple computer. User friendly.
