The MacBook is fast but it’s not much of an upgrade or difference IMO. Maybe because I’m just a casual user but the previous model is still good and more than enough.

Online purchase and in store pick up was easy. Discount and not tax applied. Deal you can’t beat! Loving my new Mac. Transferring from my old Mac was simple and straightforward.

Product feels flimsy and keeps crashing. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I purchased the MacBook Pro expecting premium performance and reliability, but unfortunately, it fell far short of the hype. From the beginning, the price felt steep, but I justified it thinking I was investing in a top-tier machine. What I got instead was a frustrating experience. The device runs hot constantly, the battery life drains faster than expected, and basic tasks sometimes cause lag — things I never expected from a “Pro” model. Even worse, I found the keyboard uncomfortable to type on for long periods, and some of the features I thought would be game-changers (like the Touch Bar or limited ports) ended up being more annoying than helpful. For a laptop at this price point, I expected far better quality control and user experience. Overall, I regret this purchase. I feel like I paid more for the brand name than the actual performance. Definitely not worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless you’re deeply tied into the Apple ecosystem and can overlook the flaws.

Needed something for my daughter starting college and I think we made the correct choice. She loves it! It took no time for her to set it up and loves how easy it is to use.

This was just the latest upgrade as a longtime mac user- everything is awesome!
