    It’s a capable machine on all fronts except monitor support. This machine can only output two unique screens to external monitors. Don’t buy this if you need three unique external monitors.

    I usually don’t post reviews, but I’m sharing this to help others avoid what happened to me. Please make sure to inspect your items before leaving the store—even if the box is sealed. I had a terrible experience at Best Buy today. I purchased a MacBook Pro for around $1600, picked it up, and headed home. The box was sealed, so I trusted everything was fine. But when I opened it, I was shocked to find an older MacBook Air instead—used and missing the charger. I returned to the store within 10–15 minutes, well within 30 minutes from the time of purchase. Despite how fast I came back, no one at the store was willing to help. The worst part? Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff just handed me a corporate number and sent me away, knowing full well that it likely wouldn’t result in a quick or helpful resolution. This has never happened to me before, and I genuinely didn’t know what to do. I trusted Best Buy, but this experience left me feeling completely dismissed and frustrated. Please double-check your items—even sealed boxes—and make sure everything is correct, new, and complete before leaving the store.
