Wife does not like it she wants to get rid of it after a month

I am not able to order. They keep canceling my orders. I tried calling and was told I have to go to the store. The store told to call support when I went to the store. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I don’t like feeling like I’m being treated like this. There’s a fraud thing that’s on my account and it needs to get removed asap. Please have someone from the management department contact me.

Honesty i am regretting why i bought this product. The screen freezes easily.I had to power off it to continue my work. All my word and powerpoint work goes straight to the cloud and doesnt keep any document saved in my desktop. Very difficult to navigate around. Its quite frustrating, i wish i can get a refund.

I didn’t get to try the MacBook because the store clerk mis-entered the serial number for the MacBook when checking out. He also did a poor job of updating my awards program information. It’s not that he wasn’t trained I believe he just didn’t care.

Its ok, I think it's not much different than older versions.

A piece of junk. I never seen anything so difficult to set up.

If I could give a zero I would. Don’t buy from Best Buy!! Didn’t work from day one and no one will help me fix it or take it back. Had to actually buy another one for my son for college… they don’t stand behind their product.

I immediately had issues with the screen and tech support told me to reboot the computer. Yeah, clearly that is the first thing im going to do. I have had 25 non-mac computers and nothing like this has happened to me. I can send it back with 40 dollar shipping for them to DETERMINE if it is their issue Great, what they will tell me I should not have had it next to me between 8 and 10. That was in the fine print.

GeekSquad setup very unsatisfactory! Macbook Pro account was not configured as requested. It was setup with an invalid ".cox.net" account name, in spite of new account address being provided. Note Cox Communication no longer supports "Cox.Net" accounts. Still attempting to get Best-Buy to correct the MBP account setup as I had originally requested.

Bought $1,500 mackbook that started to freeze after 1 month. Might have been a refurbish but they sold as new. I have a 1 year warranty with Apple thank God because this is terrible of Best Buy. They lost me as a customer indefinitely.

If you like Mac, it’s probably fine but the second I turned it on I immediately regretted purchasing

This MacBook Pro with the M4 chip is incredibly fast and efficient. The battery life is outstanding, the display is crisp and vibrant, and everything runs smoothly. Perfect for both work and creative tasks like coding, editing, or multitasking. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for power in a portable size.

Did not like the unit, because the speed seemed decent, nothing extraordinary. The bottom of the unit however is a bit different and is not smooth, so it kind of chaffed my hands and knees when being used.

I am still waiting for my trade in value rebate. Feels like bait and switch.

i went to the store and watch the employee help someone else’s in the apple section and didn’t help me. i watch him walk past the area 4 times i waited extra 10 minutes to get help. i end still buying the laptop after an conversation with my sister i never pick it up

Doesn’t work and I can’t return it. I’m stuck with this brick and can’t return it.

Fast ,good price ,easy work with it.for the money that you pay it does everything that you need to do.
