Well apple is apple... but buying this from Best Buy was the best decision ever. How Best Buy goes out of their way for their customers is amazing and other brands should learn this from them. I'm actually considering to make Best Buy my go to for tech buys. I'm happy with the MacBook, Although I have a very heavy use it's deals with it.

Sturdy weight, clean look, major upgrade from my MacBook Pro when I bought back in 2017. Battery lasts longer, so much more fun features! Definitely worth the buy! Favorite features are that it mirrors my phone & I can create another user for my husband to access with his saved appleID!

I purchased a MacBook Pro 14" this week from the Mayfair Best Buy. I had always been a PC user and, other than an Apple phone, had no experience with Apple computers. Asia, Nicholas and Josh from the Geek Squad went above and beyond in assisting me with syncing and showing me the ins and outs of an Apple MacBook. Highly recommend this computer and the above named Geek Squad employees. THE BEST!

As usual, my MacBook Pro 14-inch is awesome. It's an upgrade from a 2018 MacBook Air. I went with the Pro over another Air because the Pro has a better screen (XDR), larger hard drive, an HDMI port and an SD slot that for me (and sale sale price) was a no brainer for more than just an upgrade.

I am enjoying my new MacBook Pro as I expected. Definitely an upgrade to my old Pro by delivering faster performance and easy file transfers.

Good computer, the only problem is that the first time the salesman sold me a different color than the one requested, and I hadn't checked the box so I had to come back to the store. I just hope they don't consider this as a return on my BestBuy membership card because it wasn't my fault.
