The item I purchased is as described, excellent open box item. No damage or blemishes, great value for the price. The issue I have is the trade in program. I wiped my perfect condition laptop clean, shipped out within the time frame, and it had been returned no credit given. I went back through my emails and found 1 titled “tradeinbestbuy”. I had been searching BestBuy to make sure it processed like it should have. Very disappointed no more support was given and my original machine has been returned with zero credit.

Macbooks make things so simple. From their easy start-up to setting up a new printer. You don't have to be an IT wizard to get things going on a Mac.

It's my third Macbook and it's as good as I expected. It's fast, lightweight and has a beautiful 3D desktop image of Sequoias. I still have some discovery ahead of its new tricks.

Ive had several Macbooks both Pro and Air models and have nothing but good things to say. This 14” model is a terrifci balance of power and portability. I had the 16” before and it was gigantic compared. Im very happy with this purchase. If you’re unfamiliar the USB-C ports can be a challenge but a USB-C hub with A ports has worked great for years.

The quality of this laptop is very good. I will buy again.

Pretty good product, sleek laptop for the price, just be cautious its M4 chip not pro chip but good for daily use.

Worth it but don’t fall for the Best Buy cashback offers and credit card offers they send the money into something called “reward certificates” which you cannot use to pay the credit card bill or anything they told me that I can clear my credit card bill with that and also Best Buy membership. I ended up losing 75 which expired few days within me taking it

I am very happy with my purchase. It is very fast. The camera is excellent for meetings. The sound quality is very good as well. This is my first Apple computer. User friendly.

Absolutely one of the best if not THEE BEST computer I’ve ever purchased. I’ve bought many computers from Best Buy over the year. This suggestion from a BestBuy Apple employee was the best thing I’ve been told.

I finally got the computer. I wanted first MacBook Pro. It’s got a wonderful screen and awesome unified memory, excellent data and a smooth running system that will last a lifetime.

Amazing laptop and a greater performance. Compared to my old laptop this is really performing well. I recommend to buy this one from Best Buy. They are always do better price match with their competitors even after within 15 days of purchase

As a college student, this purchase was the best decision I could’ve made. I’m so surprised how long the battery/charge life is. I can go to over 2 days without charging and it still has plenty of juice left to work on my assignments. This is why I stick to Apple!
