    I should go back to the store but the laptop does not hold charge. I can charge it and close it up, leave it over night and its flat the next morning. So thats sad and Im hoping its the laptop cos the whole purpose of it is to use off charge and NO I have not over charged it

    The MacBook Pro is amazing. My Bestbuy Plus membership that was added on as a “free upgrade” per store employee and when I asked them why my credit card had to be swiped twice he said “it’s to ensure we have the card number if you return it within 60 days”. That’s the issue I have. Why are these practices done to people who don’t want these things. Does Bestbuy tell their employees to frame it this way? I’d recommend this item but NOT FROM BESTBUY!

    Great Christmas present. Had to update it from one that is 15 years old. It was a bit of a struggle setting it up, though. Has a different feel then my old laptop.

    With 16gb RAM it’s perfect for my everyday usage. Lightroom runs smoothly. Screen and speakers are quite good too. Overall it’s a great purchase.
