    Wonderful product. However I received the laptop locked by previous owner. The quality control at Best Buy must ensure to ship the unlocked products to avoid inconvenience to customers. Highly disappointed from Geek Squad quality control services on shipping a locked laptop.

    No issue with product. Customer service is an issue that should be addressed if I am to purchase from Best Buy again. I purchased the item online and told it would be ready for pickup in an hour. After 90 minutes I checked and it was not available. Went to store and asked and there was apparent confusion about this purchase. They told me that Apple needs to verify that I am the customer. Apple phone calls appear as Spam and I finally answered on 3rd attempt. My confusion is how would Best Buy ensure the customer that the product is ready for pickup if this process needs to be completed when customer is in the store for pickup.
