im new macbook pro user, i've been a windows lifetime user. and just like everyone else new to macbook pro, its been amazing computer, very buttery smooth movement computer and powerful. the battery is amazing it would last more than 16 hours and still have 35% battery left.. now im using both windows and mac os. j got mine open box excellent condition and the battery has only 3 cycle its basically brand new. my unit screen have the anti reflective installed maybe who ever bought it first got the anti reflective installed. and the price i got it was awesome twelve hundred.. great buy at best buy...

This is an excellent lightweight laptop that is very fast and perfect for my day-to-day work and school assignments. I have had no issues with the all-day battery life, and the 14-inch screen is the perfect size to have it anywhere

Product is just what I though it should be. It's fast and the display is better than my previous mac. As far as i can tell, the battery lasts many hours before you have to charge it.

The MacBook Pro M4 is honestly one of the best laptops I’ve ever used. The performance is on another level — everything opens instantly, apps run insanely smooth, and the battery life feels almost unreal. I can work, edit photos/videos, browse, stream, and the battery still lasts the whole day without needing a charge. The only thing I don’t like is how there’s barely any protection cases out there for them .

This machine is excellent. It accesses my photos effortlessly. Aside from the Microsoft Office suite, I have combined all my software requirements with Apple applications. This is my personal device, which is not used for work but manages my daily life. Besides my iPhone, this is my most important device. Pros: The Mac provides a turnkey solution out of the box. It has an office suit and essential media editing software right out of the box. I am not a musician, but I have been told Garageband is a good basic software package for making music. The hardware is gorgeous, and the machine is clean and sleek. The screen is stunning and fast, and Touch ID is great on a laptop. Cons; Price, hands down, this thing is expensive. But they tend to have a higher resell value and longer life span than my old Windows PCs. The learning curve, coming from a Windows machine, and getting used to the new button placement and applications take a little time. However, it is overkill for my needs. Yes, I could have made do with an Air, but I wanted the M4 and the better screen. This is my only PC-type machine, and I wanted to future-proof it. I plan to keep this machine until the tires fall off.

This MacBook Pro is the best Apple computer I've owned. It has everything I use, including the SD Card import port so many computers no longer have. I like being able to stick my SE Card in, import my videos and photos quickly. It charges quickly and battery life is good. I prefer using the Google Chrome browser to Safari which works very well on this laptop. It is fast. Great graphics. And I like the feel rather than the much lighter MacBook Air.

Great overall design, and the processing speed is sufficient for most software functionality and for multi-functional operation. It's also a good weight for being a Pro model as well, making is pretty easy to travel with.

As a freshman college student, this is my first laptop that I bought with my own money and best decision. The steps to log in and make an account are so easy, bonus points if you have an iPhone, since you can connect the devices. Not only that but the battery lasts longer than expected and works magnificent in order to get stuff done. I would recommend getting this Mac mostly because I was also debating if to get an HP but the best they had was at the same price range as the Mac. Safe to say, it's been so easy to use and amazing quality in order to get my work done and very portable. Good for majors that don't require too much space, so do check what computer will benefit you the most with your major but so far I would recommend to anyone looking for an easy, lightweight, and amazing quality laptop.

Had a macbook air m4, and traded in for the same spec ( 512gb and 16gb ram) in the macbook pro. I prefer the better screen quality for the amount of time I spend looking at it as I do software development and I primarily use a windows desktop that is also my gaming rig. I got this to work with macOS as I am primarily going to be in the python space and I am enjoying mac for this so far. Mac’s feel extremely premium for the chasis and even the keyboards on their laptops, but the macbook pro feels a step above the air’s and I enjoy the sturdier feeling of the mbp on comparison. The battery life is PHENOMENAL for the power these laptops have! Getting used to macOS is not terrible (I also have an iphone) but this is my first experience using macOS for dev work and some youtubing and google searches clear up any issues I have had with gestures or the keyboard differences for shortcuts. If you are on the fence and have the ability to, I would suggest a macbook pro. I love it

This computer was a nice upgrade from the previous version. Very fast, sick graphics, and an attractive appearance. The battery lasts much longer than the prior versions.
