Super nice laptop very fast running can't go wrong with MacBooks the best

This has been the best laptop purchase I have ever made, by far. It is very intuitive to learn, very comfortable to use in terms of keyboard and keypad, and the screen resolution is incredible.

Love the computer! My only issue was I was told if i copied the code on receipt, I would be given credit when computer went on sale. That never happened.

Love it! Was an upgrade for me, I had the MacBook Air and it was a great choice. Recommend! I’ll be using for school work and editing content.

Absolutely love this computer! The speeds are out of the world and Apples tech is something unimaginable. Graphics are perfect and once hooked up to 3 monitors your mind will be blown! And just the appearance of the MacBook Pro screams classy!

Go macbook pro for my daughter for her school work and minor game play. Battery life is great so is weight and size. I was Impressed with the speaker quality comapred to my 2015 and an alienware m15 I have. its a great buy especially when on sale.

it's a great Mac with solid performance to use so far

The item I purchased is as described, excellent open box item. No damage or blemishes, great value for the price. The issue I have is the trade in program. I wiped my perfect condition laptop clean, shipped out within the time frame, and it had been returned no credit given. I went back through my emails and found 1 titled “tradeinbestbuy”. I had been searching BestBuy to make sure it processed like it should have. Very disappointed no more support was given and my original machine has been returned with zero credit.

Fingerprint access for passwords still required your sign in password so it tends to be more time consuming. Also despite having the same NUMBER of ports as my old Mac, sizing changed so I had to purchase a wireless mouse vs using the one I had with old Mac and will need to get a new HDMI cable to connect to my TV. Obviously was not told about new changes and just "assumed" they were same. Battery life is excellent right now but I'm sure will dissipate. Hopefully the computer will last me the same amount of time as my last one.

MacBook Pro is a great laptop for professional use. The deal was great.

I have had this laptop for about 2 months now. I primarily use it for school and organizing my life/career goals. It does the job. The sound and screen quality are I just wish it was lighter for better transport. The screen is also very flimsy. Each time I pick it up- while it’s open- the slightest momentum the screen flings open. This problem is straight out of the box - no wear and tear at this point. I’m sure with time it will worsen and cost a lot to fix. Just keep that in mind. For it to be the newest version - and the price - I would expect good mechanics.

Ive had several Macbooks both Pro and Air models and have nothing but good things to say. This 14” model is a terrifci balance of power and portability. I had the 16” before and it was gigantic compared. Im very happy with this purchase. If you’re unfamiliar the USB-C ports can be a challenge but a USB-C hub with A ports has worked great for years.

Macbooks make things so simple. From their easy start-up to setting up a new printer. You don't have to be an IT wizard to get things going on a Mac.
