Great Apple pro laptop, Much bang for the buck, Enjoy it much

It is the best store for shopping computers and other electronic.

The guy in the store gave me the wrong color and sold it to me without taking it out of the brown shipping box. I guess I should’ve checked myself but I was a ready buyer and what I asked for wasn’t too complex. Great computer though.

Really bad customer service. Should have taken my money somewhere else.

I ordered the white one, I am only doing this for a chance at a gift card.

Purchased on May 14th, Best Buy price matched on May 16th (I have chat transcript and confirmation number) and was told my account would be credited in 7-10 days. On June 6th, still no credit. Contacted Best Buy and was told their backend team denied the price match. No notification that it was denied. Now it’s out of the 15 day policy and they said there’s nothing they can do, but they’d do better next time. Seems Best Buy has added scamming their customers to the services they provide. Save yourself the trouble and buy somewhere reputable.

Very efficient for homework Stream media but unfortunately there’s some apps or media stream that you can’t play unless you are in the website. That’s a feature they have to chance

It’s ok the battery is not good but it charges fast normal computer looks nice tho

Poor quality screen is brittle don’t close it without cleaning the inside at all one peice of dust and this will explode the screen a joke of a computer do not waste your money

There is a performance issue, and the touchpad is not easy to use. The design of the MacBook’s touchpad feels sharp, and because of this, it causes scratches on my hand.

I attempted to pick up my new Macbook Pro M4 today in the Mansfield, MA store. I was told that the laptop was already picked up and there was nothing they could do. They recommended that I call the police, which I did. They also told me to call the main Best Buy phone number, which I did as well. Now I am out $1600 and without a new Macbook, hoping that someone at Best Buy can help me.

Wife does not like it she wants to get rid of it after a month

I am not able to order. They keep canceling my orders. I tried calling and was told I have to go to the store. The store told to call support when I went to the store. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I don’t like feeling like I’m being treated like this. There’s a fraud thing that’s on my account and it needs to get removed asap. Please have someone from the management department contact me.

I didn’t get to try the MacBook because the store clerk mis-entered the serial number for the MacBook when checking out. He also did a poor job of updating my awards program information. It’s not that he wasn’t trained I believe he just didn’t care.

Honesty i am regretting why i bought this product. The screen freezes easily.I had to power off it to continue my work. All my word and powerpoint work goes straight to the cloud and doesnt keep any document saved in my desktop. Very difficult to navigate around. Its quite frustrating, i wish i can get a refund.
