    Great machine - so far, so good. Sound has been improved. Hopefully, the battery will last longer than my last macbook. Btw, beside the apple 4-pin power slot, also the USB-c can be used for charging.

    Traded up from a 13" Macbook pro that was 5 years old. The speed is remarkable in comparison. I miss the lit task bar at the top but otherwise, a step-up!

    Everything I was hoping for. Slim. Fits easily in my work bag. I was able to sync my phone and iPad easily. Apps can be downloaded easily. So far I haven't encountered any issues. Super happy with my purchase.

    Heavier than my old one, hopefully it has a bigger fan so it won’t overheat when it gets older. The charger port is nicer than my old one so if it falls it won’t kill the cord.

    This device is excellent if you’re upgrading from a M1/M2 chip but if your 2nd guessing & need more power get the m4pro. I upgraded from a 16” M2 pro to a M4pro. I originally purchased a M4 not knowing it didn’t have a pro chip and was very pleased with the performance. It handled everything I threw at it but I needed the pro chip for when I’m doing heavy editing. Both machines are a beast but if you’re looking for power go for a pro chip.
