MacBook Pro M4 to the MAX

Price is ridiculously expensive of course and probably not worth it, but I only upgrade once every 5 years. But really, Apple doesn’t need a Best Buy review, I’m just here for the sweepstakes.

A Powerhouse MBP.

I like the number of available USB-C ports. I connect a docking station and use the USB-C for power input, docking station for two external monitors, ethernet, external disks. Worked like a charm the very first time I connected. I run a lot of AI modeling, and this little laptop just breezes through these.

The performance is outstanding—it handles everything from multitasking to resource-heavy applications like a breeze. The 36GB of memory and 1TB SSD offer lightning-fast speeds and plenty of storage, while the Liquid Retina XDR display is absolutely stunning for creative work. The transition to macOS has been seamless, and the Space Black finish is just beautiful. It was a great deal, and I couldn’t be happier with the switch. Highly recommend!

It took a while for me to get used to the small screen but if you have a larger external display, this shouldn't be a deal breaker. 16" models are heavier so my back thanked me for buying this one =) Performance is extra ordinary and the speakers sound great! While battery life would depend on tasks you perform, I've been operating on battery mostly and it seems to hold up the charge pretty well.

Macbook Pro M4 Max 14”

Any task I throw at it, I know will be done in almost an instant. I dabbled with a few games on it and havent really experienced any lag. (I dont normally use my macs for gaming). No compliants so far!

My new Mac book pro now has all the specs that I am looking for and more. It should last me many years of use. I luckily got a great deal at Best Buy when I recently bought my new MacBook Pro a month ago. Highly recommend it.
