Beautiful computer great esthetics. However I bought it 'Open-Box', to save a few bucks. Under NO circumstances will i buy an Open Box from Best Buy. Everything worked on the computer exept All the USB-C ports. Tried to plug in a jump drive, wouldn't recognize or read the drive. Spent a few hours cobming thru YouTube and BIOS specs to come to the conclusion that this is why the computer was returned in the first place. This was the 'Open-Box, Excellent condition'. This product should have been properly vetted and returned to apple under RMA procedures. It clearly was defective from Apple, and should never have been resold AFTER, initial return. Now i have to wait 5-7 business days for the 2k I spent to be returned to my account. Going forward, DONT SELL A COMPUTER WITH FAULTY HARDWARE ISSUES. PERIOD!!!!

I’m getting to where I hate Best Buy. The product is good but Best Buy support is terrible. My account has been labeled as fraud they keep canceling any order I place online within 30 seconds. The most recent attempt I placed online I used 4 $25 gift certificates totaling $100 that were used up when I placed the order online after being assured it was resolved. I lost all four gift certificates even though customer service can see it but no one can seem to fix it. Each time I’m told I would get them back or an email from someone that never comes. Avoid Best Buy and definitely avoid the total rewards membership. I can’t seem to get a resolution and I’ve been trying to file a charge back since I can’t get the free two day shipping and rewards promised. All in all Best Buy has seriously gone down hill over the years. I only wrote this for a chance to win another gift certificate that will ultimately be taken away from me like the others. The products good though just buy it anywhere else.

First Mac but having mixed feelings. Support for external monitors is pathetic, I realized MacOS doesn't support daisy chain like Windows and Linux, on top of that each display looks blurry because MacOS doesn't like 27in monitors or 1440p. I mean I'm pretty spechless here...
