I’m getting to where I hate Best Buy. The product is good but Best Buy support is terrible. My account has been labeled as fraud they keep canceling any order I place online within 30 seconds. The most recent attempt I placed online I used 4 $25 gift certificates totaling $100 that were used up when I placed the order online after being assured it was resolved. I lost all four gift certificates even though customer service can see it but no one can seem to fix it. Each time I’m told I would get them back or an email from someone that never comes. Avoid Best Buy and definitely avoid the total rewards membership. I can’t seem to get a resolution and I’ve been trying to file a charge back since I can’t get the free two day shipping and rewards promised. All in all Best Buy has seriously gone down hill over the years. I only wrote this for a chance to win another gift certificate that will ultimately be taken away from me like the others. The products good though just buy it anywhere else.

First Mac but having mixed feelings. Support for external monitors is pathetic, I realized MacOS doesn't support daisy chain like Windows and Linux, on top of that each display looks blurry because MacOS doesn't like 27in monitors or 1440p. I mean I'm pretty spechless here...

Order a new MacBook from their website, added my M3 MacBook Air as a trade-in. This is a three month old device, so relatively new. It’s been over the allowed processing time, and no communication at all. I will not be using Best Buy for anything else. I will go straight to Apple next time, which I am very pleased that we have one in the area. I thought this will be a easy process, but it’s been frustrating every step of the way I also receive the email from their team stating that they will not provide a status update, and they made sure to highlight that part in red and bold.

It is a good and fast MacBook. I bought it to replace my current MacBook Air M1. It is super compact and incredible for heavy work. If you need a realizable device with a long-lasting battery. I suggest this version.

Piece of junk. Had for less than a month and camera not working when doing zoom calls. Took to Best Buy geek squad and they said the OS may need reinstalled. Now having to take to an Apple Store so they can send off to get fixed. Frustrating!!

The PC screen stop working after 2 weeks. Best Buy didn’t want to replace it, now I have to pay $99 to get it repaired!

Unfortantly the item was returned do to being shipped to the wrong address. Bestbuy would not update the shipping to the correct address, even after being contacted only hours after the item was ordered.

Totally a paperweight. Useless with having an Apple account. Which takes hours of lies from Apple resulting in returning this and throwing all Apple out of my home and life.

Ive had multiple problems with this computer. I had a macbook pro for 10+ years and never had a problem. Bought this one and um still having problems—will be returning it tomorrow.

24 GB of RAM now gives you a little breathing room. Apple Intelligence because it is mostly self contained on the system takes up a lot of RAM. This protects one's privacy in theory. My Main Machine is a 16" M3 MAX 64GB Ram and becomes a heavy and expensive machine to have has a "portable". Now...I started with the M3 MacBook Air 24Gb ram. It was great, problems were I was spoiled by the display technology, Speakers and all the extra ports on my MacBook Pro. (Again, the MacAir is a great machine!). 2nd machine was the M4 14" 16GB base model MacBook Pro. Problem was I ran some of my "performance tests" and 16RAM was used up fast. Too fast. 3rd I got this by mistake. This one. It is perfect, but I was trying to keep the price down so there is a "1 step down" processor and 512GB drive that would have also been perfect and saved me $$$$. I can't go back and face those guys and exchange a 4th time. They don't care ( not in a bad way ) but I do and I really like this machine. PLEASE...if there is any way to afford it get 24 Ram. Also the only bis change from M3 to M4 is that the " Neutral Engine" that powers things like A.I. is OVER 2X more powerful. Money is tight but so is "buyers remorse". Cheers!

Been using this since Christmas as my daily driver and it is superb! Super fast and handles my video and photo editing needs flawlessly. This is the model to get if you’re looking at M4 series.

The learning curve after being a lifelong Microsoft user feels pretty steep, but I love how it integrates with my iPhone. It’s very sleek and the battery life is incredible. Beware the screen though. It’s incredibly delicate and my two year old broke it with less than a minute of my walking away. Buy the Apple care if you have small children.

My husband bought me this MacBook. I have always had Windows based products in the past. Never again! This was so easy to set up it was almost unbelievable, especially since I already have an iPad. My info migrated to the MacBook seamlessly. It was worth every penny to switch from Windows!

Love this product and the price was great! This laptop has made my workflow so much quicker
