Finger print didn’t work. Took to Apple Store and ended up returning it

Great and powerful computer. So much faster than my 14 year old Macbook Pro. I needed a new computer because my search engines stopped working due to my computer wouldn't update any further. Went to Best Buy as I did my homework on what I wanted. I went right to the Apple department and asked the gentleman behind the desk what I wanted and he brought me the computer from the back and said it was the last one! Glad I went when I did. He also told me about the Best Buy Membership for my warranty. I added that as well, I am glad I did. Couldn't be happier with this buy and the sales person gave us tons of information and tips. Thank you, Best Buy, for another perfect purchase.

This is my third MacBook Pro and this one does not disappoint. Great user interfaces, powerful processing and impressive video at a great price. I purchased the M4 Pro right before the M5 Pro was made available which provided some additional cost savings without having to sacrifice functionality. I am very pleased with my purchase

It’s a MacBook Pro. What do you expect? This is my second MacBook ever. My last one was from 2015, and it still works with no problem. I only upgraded to run the current versions of the softwares that I use. Exceptional!

Just tested M4 pro 24gb ram version....this is still the smoothest and most refined laptop in the world, period. The quality control Apple sustains for now more than a decade is astonishing. This laptop will easily work flawlessly for 6-8 years without any major issues. Lexus and Benz of computing in one package.

When purchasing for a new Mac I needed something that could handle heavy video editing for a price that wouldn't destroy me. After buying this one open box I was worried the RAM wouldn't have been enough but surprisingly it's been able to handle everything I've thrown at it. Would recommend for creatives who need to do Photo/Video Editing work as it's runs better then my desktop with 128gb of ram and the latest Intel CPU.
