Excellent item. I was a windows user my whole life. Hence switching to a different OS includes some learning curve. But what I like the most about this item is its superior build quality, vivid display, loud speaker, and swift performance. Though apples products are always a bit pricey, purchasing this laptop could be seen as a long term investment.

This 14" Macbook Pro with the M4 PRO chip is superfast for my editing purposes. While you pay a premium price for an Apple, you do get excellent customer service. I also find it tough going from editing on a desktop to a laptop. but I'm getting used to it...one might consider a larger laptop screen size...personal preference.

Best Buy customer service is superb. I purchased this product but after about 10 days I noticed a abnormal pixel on the display. The defect was so small that one could easily missed it. But after talked to the store customer service, they let me to exchange a new one with no string attached. They even restarted the date of product care program.

Amazing. The upgrade from my 2017 MacBook Pro was night and day. 4k footage edits flawlessly.

The M1 was a solid workhorse, but with those large blueprint files (especially when you’re zooming, panning, or running multiple programs side by side - as a note Im a General Contractor), the newer chips like the M4 Pro really shine. Apple’s been optimizing for tasks that demand a lot of memory bandwidth and GPU acceleration, which makes them perfect for construction management software, CAD tools, and massive PDFs.

There are so many things I love about this laptop! I had a MacBook Pro when it first came out years ago in 2006 and it is 1 million times better than it was then, and that is saying a lot! So user-friendly. The screen images are sharp. The unit itself is thin, lightweight, and compact. It is truly a wonderful investment for my personal as well as my business life. Love it!

I upgraded this from a M1 model that was stingy on both ram and storage, as well as the number of ports. This was a huge upgrade and I couldn’t be more happy with it.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro sits in Apple’s “portable pro” tier: more capability than the MacBook Air, yet more compact and somewhat more portable than the 16-inch MacBook Pro. Recent iterations (2023, 2024) come with Apple’s powerful silicon (M2 Pro / M2 Max, then M4, etc.), modern display tech (mini-LED, ProMotion), updated ports, and more efficient thermals.

I purchased this for my editing as I am a photographer and I am obsessed with it so far. The M4 chip speed is insane! I wish I would’ve gotten it sooner. It has changed the game for me as a photographer.

I bought this to replace my iPad for school. Battery life far exceeds my old computers and can last for a few days if not overly used. It charges pretty quick too in case you need a pick me up.

A great choice if you want a high-performance, long-lasting laptop for work or professional use

Wonderful MacBook - bought for my daughter for college and she also has iPad and iphone and they all work wonderful together. Very happy with battery and speed.

I caught a good sale that was going on when I picked up this MacBook. I debated on the MacBook Air but I decided on the Pro because of the extra Thunderbolt port and the SD card slot. I upload a lot of videos so the SD slot was what won me over. I’m glad my return to Apple has been a smooth transition

A powerful machine that is easy to use. The apple UI isn't too complicated to get used to, but I recommend buying a Bluetooth mouse for more efficient workflow.

Not a huge fan of apples in general but this laptop is a great option for someone who works it creates on the go. Very light super fast. Easy to use. Good for older people. Only down side is a lack of built in ports for outside devices. I use mine to mix and make music and i had to get a hub to connect all my hardware to it. But the lighting port works well. The computer is able to understand all the separate devices plugged into the hub.

I love my MacBook Pro and it works better than I thought it would. Glad I purchased it!
