    Purchased this as gift for my granddaughter. Ordered in store and had delivered to home. Rapid three day as predicted arrival. I cannot find anything to complain about. It is exceptional product. Granddaughter is very pleased and loves that it syncs with her IPhone.

    Best buy stuff tried to make me buy another Microsoft Office License even although i already told them i had one on my last Mac. I know you can transfer them. I did that with the new mac. He told me a few time that i have to buy a new one cause the old one its not gonna work on the new MacBook. If i didn't know i would pay $150 for nothing. There are people out there that they are not aware of these. Not happy about customer service. I love BestBuy, but don't make customers pay for something that they already have, just to charge them extra where there was no need. One star just because of that experience. The MacBook is exceptional.

    As someone who often has more than fifty tabs open across multiple browsers, it easily handles heavy multitasking and large files like a champ. It was worth the upgrade from my 2022 Air.
