Nice display and fast processing. I haven't tested the storage capabilities yet, but so far, so good. Battery life has also lasted longer than expected.

I'm very happy with the MacBook Pro. It looks clean and love the dark color, it integrates seamlessly with my other Apple products, has a bright beautiful display, it's fast and has great life battery.

I have had several Mac computers over the years. My Intel version of the MacBook was the worst, then I upgraded to the Mac Studio, which is a beast. I recently decided I needed a new, reliable MacBook Pro due to increased travel. I first purchased the base model and then switched to the 24GB memory, and this one did not disappoint. Paired with my iPad as a second monitor when on the road, I am completely satisfied with speed and portability.

As a first time Mac user i am impressed by its build quality and performance. Some time is needed to get familiar with system itself but not much. So far Macbook was not used for very demanding tasks but nevertheless CPU and GPU potential and performance is obvious. Touchpad is very responsive and easy to use.The 14-inch Liquid Retina XDR display is spectacular, very bright and color accurate. Overall i am impressed with performance , build quality and display.

I knew going in that this model had good reviews but I was genuinely surprised at just how massive a leap it's been from my old 2020 MacBook to this one. Better screen, better keyboard, just about better everything. So far runs games and art programs very smoothly. Has no issue with material quality of the laptop, the black color is very nice and have found no problems with it physically. Overall a very satisfied experience.

I stopped buying windows laptops years ago and have been slowly replacing my machines with Macs. The beauty of the 14 inch MacBook Pro is its size and weight for portability. If I need a bigger screen, I can connect it to a larger monitor or TV. Of course, the OS and AI integration helps me do more in terms of productivity. I might not be the average user in that I hardly do any video editing, but as a developer, I have multiple virtual machines open, I'm running code on 3 or 4 IDEs, while watching a video on a small browser window at the corner. When traveling, I typically don't bring the charger if for a day or day and a half, as the battery life is out of this world. I used to shy away from Macs because of the up front cost. However, they last so long that in the long term, it's more cost effective than even the high end windows laptops. I get it, it's an entirely OS issue, it's the different parts, drivers, manufactures, etc. But from an end user's perspective, the constant driver updates, installation failures, or Windows updates that conflict with current driver versions, etc., makes it annoying and frustrating, especially for non-technical people. With Macs, no need to worry about that. It just works! And you just get to work on what matters.

This MacBook Pro 14-inch with the M4 Pro chip is a beast! It's super fast, the battery lasts forever, and the display looks incredible. The webcam upgrade is great for video calls. Worth every penny!

I bought this Mac for my daily work. I already have a 16" M3 Pro. The performance is very similar; this one wins in some task v(ery minor performance improvement. It's an excellent computer for IT professionals who have to work with networks, telephony, and the occasional run some local LLM. I recommend the model with more than 24 GB of RAM. The battery lasts a full day of work. In short, an excellent machine.

I love my M4 Macbook Pro Max, 14" laptop. It has 24 GB RAM which I need for graphics processing. The price point was good for that amount of RAM but it only has 500 GB HD. So far that hasn't been a problem and external hard drives are good these days. The screen is fabulous and the sound is good too. I like the size and the design, it's easy to carry and very portable.

I originally got the Apple - MacBook Pro 14-inch Apple M4 chip Built for Apple Intelligence - 16GB Memory - 512GB SSD - Space Black, but returned after a couple weeks when I encountered lagging running 3 different coding scripts simultaneously. With the M4 Pro chip, lags are a thing of the past. Battery lasts SO LONG! I work two contracts, conduct my personal business on a daily on this Mac, and the battery STILL lasts 3-4 days. Very happy with my purchase.

This is my first Macbook, and I don't use iOS for my personal phone, so it was a big leap to join this ecosystem. I demoed a nice PC around this price point and was just disappointed. The MacBook excels at being a portable laptop that just works well, and doesn't make any compromises on quality. The fit and finish is so extremely good that I find myself frustrated that I can't use it at work as well. The OS takes time to learn coming from being a PC nerd and the shortcuts really bother me still, but I do appreciate that I don't have to manage every single aspect of the device. So far, battery on the Pro with the 12 core CPU has been good, but nothing exceptional (all the battery tests you see have wifi, location, and BT off with display at half brightness) so expect about 60% of their estimates. Still, I've had it for almost 2 weeks and charged it 3 times averaging a few hours of web browsing a day.

I upgraded from a M3 Pro MacBook 14. I didn't actually need the upgrade but the additional sale during thanksgiving combined with the amazing buyback value by BestBuy meant I spent very little out of pocket. While the M3 Pro MacBook was plenty powerful for my workflow as a Developer, the extra 6GB Ram and the thunderbolt port made it a no brainer for me. Almost 3 months using it, never ever a issue. One advice, a base M4 MacBook Pro 14 is plenty for most users, get this only if you know you will need the additional computing power. If you do not know you need it, you mostly will not need it.

I have bought a few Windows laptops over the years and I have always been dissapointed by their cheap construction and low lifetime. This will be my second Macbook Pro and it feels like coming home when I got this one. The M4 Pro just screams while producing almost no heat. Is ARM64 compatible with everything yet? No, but this is the closest we have ever been to getting off the antiquated and inefficient x86 platform that we’ve had forever. My wife got an M1 air a few years back and it is still going strong, however I cannot say that about my 11th gen intel gaming laptop purchased around the same time.

MacBook has a great speed for my editing work. Strong processor to for any heavy work.

This macbook is in my opinion the best bank for your buck! It carries the m4 pro chip and the half Tb SSD gives you more than enough to work around taking in count a 2Tb high speed external SSD is around $150 where you can store the heavy media files. This macbook has plenty processing capacity to work on large media projects and the M architecture allows to pull that power even on battery. About battery, you can spend most of the day working on it and not having to plug it, which is pretty convenient for any type of set up, the return of the dedicated charging port allows to free the other 3 usbC ports and the dedicated HDMI port will get rid of some of the old dongles you may have to carry around. I come from the last i9 16” macbook pro so this being my first M chip, and I am not disappointed at all. Unless you REALLY need more screen real state, I would not advise to get the larger model as I found with my last macbook, is hard to carry around, set up on a coffee shop or airplane, train, etc, and everytime I find myself working on it in a desktop I had screens available.

I had the MacBook Air 15 with m4, 24gb ram, & 512 GB SSD. I traded it in for this MacBook Pro and I love it! The screen is amazing, it's as close to an Oled display without being an Oled. It's probably faster than what I even need and if there was a MacBook Air with the same screen, I would have gone that route. I do like the smaller form factor that you get with the MacBook Air but its not that much heavier and if your're not transporting it daily to and from another location, you're not going to notice the difference. I love the HDMI port as opposed to using a dock with the MacBook Air. It's able to handle 4k at 240hz on an Ultrawide with no problem whatsoever! I feel confident that this laptop will be plenty powerful for at least the next 5 years. Very happy with this laptop so far.

First of all love the color of the black making it look very sleek plus matches my iPhone. The new chip is so fast and makes this laptop feel like a desktop I can work on videos, edit pictures and handle all of my work of data analytics. Fan is really quite which I was surprised because I almost thought it didn’t have one until I double checked the specs. Weight is optimal not to heavy to carry and not to light where it feels flimsy. The new AI is amazing helps me get work done so much faster. Overall best investment I have made this year!

My GF has been an apple operator for years and is loving this new machine. She is doing video and photo editing on it, light wgt and long battery life so she can work anywhere she wants. She is not using the on board storage or the cloud due to monthly expense. She transfers all files to a 4TB drive for save storage and back up. Screen and function are amazing. Way over priced which is typical of apple products and once again changed the charging port. SO not cool.
