Very nice laptop extremely fast, a little bit heavy but it is manageable. Long battery life. A must have laptop.

I traded up from an intel 2018 to this M4 Pro with 24GB memory. I opted for 512 GB because I can get external drives at a better rate. I use my computer to run a sales and marketing consulting business. This computer has more processing power than I need on a daily basis, however I do some video editing for my social content and my wife is a photographer and she uses my computer from time to time. My last Macbook was great and I used almost everyday for 6 years. I expect this laptop to hold up just the same. So far the only issue I had was transferring my data. I realized it was because I was on the beta program with my old laptop. Once we resolved that I have had no issues. The space black is more resistant to smudges than I expected. I would probably have liked to go with the Nano Texture display. Since I travel a lot and have to work at coffee shops sometimes. It would be nice to have the non reflective glass. I am curious to see how they continue to improve on Apple Inteligence. If you are getting it for the Apple Inteligenc only, don't bother, it's not worth it yet.

Like this new Mac !! Its fast and Apple AI is cool. But, I bought black color Mac-charging cord is black but its head is white, I wish charging head was black too to match with Mac/cord.

I've only been using this laptop for a few weeks but it is a huge upgrade from my 2019 MacBook Pro. The speed is significantly faster and the display is slightly larger but much brighter and higher quality. I love the new Touch ID capability as well.

My first transition to a MacBook and so far I love it! Its blazing fast both in startup and runnubg apps, lightweight, clean profile, and of course super intuitive UI. Integration with my other apple products was seamless, and have not had any issues with it handling whatever i throw at it

Couldn’t recommend this laptop enough. I use it for business management and software development. It has plenty of power and it feels like a premium product. The battery life is crazy and easily lasts all day.

Transitioning to the MacBook Pro M4 Pro from a Windows laptop is a game-changer, marked by its extraordinary speed and seamless performance. The M4 Pro chip excels in multitasking and handles demanding applications effortlessly, setting a new benchmark for laptops in its class.

Besides my 2 points in the title, the M4 Pro is also shockingly good at playing games with the Apple Game Porting Toolkit, managed to play even a handful of Windows titles I love on the go at medium-high settings. Makes hauling around stuff for a trip much more manageable, Final Cut is just supremely better than Vegas Pro from my experience so compromising on gaming performance for my longer road trips is def worth the trade off. Battery life has to be my favorite thing for the long haul trips besides it's computing ability. Thank goodness it can also be charged with lightweight USB-C chargers rather than the huge brick I used to carry with my old gaming laptop prior to this.

I’ve been using this computer extensively across work, school, and entertainment. The display is outstanding, the computer is responsive, and it charges swiftly (a full battery from 0 in approximately 1 hour). Not to mention, the speakers are very impressive. Consistently, I find myself working on my Mac rather than my PC at home. My only rational complaint, which is why I took a star off, is that the battery seems to die a little faster after running an intensive program like Logic Pro. Now, that’s obvious, but days after using the program and not even having the app open for all that time, I’ve seen my battery drain slightly faster than before. Nonetheless, it’s still a fabulous computer, and I highly encourage anyone who has the budget to consider whether this laptop is right for them. Months later, it still feels great to power up my Mac and get to work. It is what I call a well-rounded computer: efficient, practical, and comfortable. Of course, this is just my opinion, so take it with a grain of salt.

I've had this computer for several weeks and can say its performance is excellent. I've used it for Zoom meetings without being on the charger and an hour long meeting barely changed the charge level. It's also super fast for processing large photo files. Be sure to purchase a Thunderbolt 5 external storage SSD to maximize its performance. I love it when Best Buy sells Apple computers for less than Apple and then gives Total members even better warranty coverage.

The MacBook Pro 14" with M4 Pro chip is a remarkable machine that justifies its premium price for professional users. The Liquid Retina XDR display is gorgeous with amazing colors and contrast. Space Black finish looks sleek and professional. The keyboard and trackpad remain best in class. Runs completely silent for most tasks, only occasionally spinning up fans under heavy load. Build quality is exceptional as expected from Apple. While expensive, if you need a powerful, portable workstation for creative or development work, this delivers. The M4 Pro chip's efficiency and speed make this a worthwhile upgrade from older Intel Macs or earlier M-series chips.
