I debated quite some time between the MacBook Pro or the Asus Zenbook 16”. I can say without a doubt the MacBook was the right choice. The Retina display is amazing as a video editor (color grading is a breeze). The M4 Pro chip does great with editing even in 6k and oh my…. Battery life is the best selling point!

I upgraded this from a M1 model that was stingy on both ram and storage, as well as the number of ports. This was a huge upgrade and I couldn’t be more happy with it.

Used to have hp laptop which I needed to change since it always disconnects from wifi. This macbook did not disappoint. I’m back to being productive. I finish tasks on time since the connectivity and performance are superb.

This works great when paired with an external monitor. You get the best of both worlds, easy to travel with and a great amount of memory for applications that use a lot of ram! I prefer the silver color, harder to notice fingerprints/dust than the black one. Love the new features and plenty of places for hard drives/monitors/SD cards/whatever to plug in! I do miss that slider bar at the top though.

Loving the capabilities and the size of my new computer. It runs very fast and has a lot of processing power. All of my data from my old computer was easily transferred to this new one. It has been a great experience.

The Mac book pro is well named, it is truly a pro. I was in the process of moving and I had decided not to copy everything from an IMAC that I was shipping to CA because of the age and chaos of the files. After working with the Geek Squad to set it up, I still needed to set up other software and that was easier than I thought it would be. I love Apple products.

Apple M4 pro MacBooks pro has everything you wanted to use laptop every way. It is fast, great screen, nice keyboard. Now with Apple intelligence and faster chip, it is really a very nice product for every tasks starting regular web browsing to most complex video editing.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND SERVICE first FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WITH THE GEEK SQUAD

This is the next step in a logical upgrade. I bought it to grandfather my other Mac for specifically to work with the sunsetted Finale software. Once I have all those files updated in Dorico I can have an updated archive of 40+ years of music compositions in both softwares.

My computer is cool, really enjoy it no nonsense and got what i needed in less than 10 minutes. Wish it was easier to pay with cash though.

The M1 was a solid workhorse, but with those large blueprint files (especially when you’re zooming, panning, or running multiple programs side by side - as a note Im a General Contractor), the newer chips like the M4 Pro really shine. Apple’s been optimizing for tasks that demand a lot of memory bandwidth and GPU acceleration, which makes them perfect for construction management software, CAD tools, and massive PDFs.
