Excellent item. I was a windows user my whole life. Hence switching to a different OS includes some learning curve. But what I like the most about this item is its superior build quality, vivid display, loud speaker, and swift performance. Though apples products are always a bit pricey, purchasing this laptop could be seen as a long term investment.

There are so many things I love about this laptop! I had a MacBook Pro when it first came out years ago in 2006 and it is 1 million times better than it was then, and that is saying a lot! So user-friendly. The screen images are sharp. The unit itself is thin, lightweight, and compact. It is truly a wonderful investment for my personal as well as my business life. Love it!

Really fast and love the different look with the black finish. If your into graphic design and heavy workloads, I would definitely recommend.

Upgraded from a m1 Mac Pro 13’, didn’t think I’d notice that much of a difference, but man. This thing is a BEAST! Anything you throw at this laptop it’ll handle it. If you’re in the fence about purchasing, pull the trigger. You won’t regret it

Best Buy customer service is superb. I purchased this product but after about 10 days I noticed a abnormal pixel on the display. The defect was so small that one could easily missed it. But after talked to the store customer service, they let me to exchange a new one with no string attached. They even restarted the date of product care program.

The 14-inch MacBook Pro sits in Apple’s “portable pro” tier: more capability than the MacBook Air, yet more compact and somewhat more portable than the 16-inch MacBook Pro. Recent iterations (2023, 2024) come with Apple’s powerful silicon (M2 Pro / M2 Max, then M4, etc.), modern display tech (mini-LED, ProMotion), updated ports, and more efficient thermals.

Upgraded to M4 Pro 24Gb from M3 Pro 18Gb. Significantly noticeable difference in performance and battery life - much more than expected. Display is brighter and more vivid. If you’re considering this upgrade - definetly worth it. I also got good trade in value for my 2 yr old M3 Pro Macbook at Best Buy.

I am a life-long Windows user who recently became frustrated by the daily update requirement and frequent needs for a restart. So, I decided to "sample" the Apple Water. The Apple Water performs much, much better than Windows. I am a MS-360 user with no desire to make video content. The MS-360 has a new, youthful spring in its step with the M4 Pro. MS-Outlook never performed better. Excel is a faster version. BottomLine: Windows users will save hours daily. I will not return to the Windows environment.

Impressive power from this desktop equivalent. It can process every task faster than I’ve seen windows laptops achieve.
