Missing charger adapter. Pet hair in the box. Scratches on the product even though it was deemed excellent condition for a used product. Paid top dollar and not impressed with Best Buy’s quality

I bought this one open box and it died on me the second time I used it. I brought it back to the store and they replaced it. So the Best Buy customer service was excellent, it was the product that receives a bad review because it was defective.

The MacBook Pro 14-inch with the Pro chip and 24GB of RAM is a beast. This thing is so fast — apps open instantly, video editing renders quickly, and multitasking feels effortless even with several heavy apps open at once. I use this for editing work, creative projects, and heavy tasks, and it never complains. I was really debating between this and the iPad Pro as my primary device, and while the iPad is amazing in its own right, there’s no comparison here in terms of pure performance and workflow. The MacBook Pro just gets things done faster and more fluidly, especially for video and content creation. The Space Black color is sick — it’s subtle but stylish and always gets a compliment when I’m working around others. Despite packing so much power, it stays fairly light and portable. It’s easy to carry around during the day and comfortable to use on a couch or desk. If there’s one tiny downside, it’s that the battery life can dip faster under heavy editing loads — but honestly, that’s expected when you’re pushing this much performance. For everyday tasks and even heavier creative work, it still lasts impressively well. Overall, this MacBook Pro delivers where it matters most: speed, performance, build quality, and portability. I couldn’t be happier with it.

Build quality is not great but the laptop has been extremely useful

They're good but just not worth the money. For $1400 you can get a Lenovo T14 Gen 5 with 64GB of ram a 1TB SSD, and a Ryzen 7 Pro CPU with 10 CPU Cores and 12 GPU Cores.

Laptop is great. Best Buy tried to scam me and without asking rang me up $300 extras

First off, the computer didn’t work. There was a admin password on it. The amount of research I had to do to figure out how to completely reformat it and not mess up settings like if it was stolen was unbelievable. Took it to a shop cost me 300$ at that point I should’ve returned it and got a new one right? No return on open boxes. Expensive lesson to learn

This was the first apple computer I have ever had personally so, I am biast in favor of windows. That said this thing is secure in terms of security but, you are just paying for the name brand. I returned this Mac book pro and picked up a Lenovo yoga 9, like comparing a Toyota camery to a corvette. The macbook pro is the Toyota camery and the lenovo yoga 9i is the corvette. Oh, and the lenovo was more than a thousand dollars cheaper. Just my two cents.

The quality of the product is not at all as described and the charging cable is in very bad condition. I haven’t had a bad experience till date with Best Buy for the first time I purchased open box excellent condition product I never want to buy any open box product since to do this i struggled lot. And there were lot of marks on the screen as well

Finger print didn’t work. Took to Apple Store and ended up returning it

Great and powerful computer. So much faster than my 14 year old Macbook Pro. I needed a new computer because my search engines stopped working due to my computer wouldn't update any further. Went to Best Buy as I did my homework on what I wanted. I went right to the Apple department and asked the gentleman behind the desk what I wanted and he brought me the computer from the back and said it was the last one! Glad I went when I did. He also told me about the Best Buy Membership for my warranty. I added that as well, I am glad I did. Couldn't be happier with this buy and the sales person gave us tons of information and tips. Thank you, Best Buy, for another perfect purchase.

Just tested M4 pro 24gb ram version....this is still the smoothest and most refined laptop in the world, period. The quality control Apple sustains for now more than a decade is astonishing. This laptop will easily work flawlessly for 6-8 years without any major issues. Lexus and Benz of computing in one package.
