Customer Ratings & Reviews

The display is the highlight. It's bright, razor sharp, and colors look rich and accurate, so movies and photos look fantastic, even in a sunny room. The speakers are surprisingly good for a laptop this size. Audio is clear and full with real bass, and I rarely reach for headphones. The M5 Pro chip is fast. It handles heavy multitasking and demanding apps without slowing down, and it stays quiet and cool while doing it. The battery life is impressive too. It's pricey, but the display, sound, and performance make it worth it. Highly recommend.

My biggest fear getting this laptop was the fans were going to be constantly audible. Ive needed a powerful mac for a while because I travel with my recording equipment and the air wasn't fast enough for what I do; SO I BIT THE BULLET.... And... It was so much better than I've imagined. Dead silent when using multiple DAWs and the fans only ramp up when gaming. (Yes, thats right. Gaming on a macbook; I said it) Growing up, I've been a big fan of hobby PC building. I thought if you bought a Mac you were a sucker that didnt know better. But this macbook proved me wrong. It has comparable speeds to a 3080 or a 4060 with the state of the art single core performance. What really blew my mind away was the unified memory. It's BLAZING combined with the super fast storage. I never thought id see the day where I could open a game and my room not be 85° F and sound like a jet engine. My only gripe is its compatability with steam games. But for what I need for work and the games it can currently play... super super satisified. The battery too lasts like 6-8 hours at full load. And when just browsing, its like 18 hours or so IF YOURE WORRIED ABOUT FAN NOISE, DONT. ITS IDLE MOST OF THE TIME UNLESS PUSHING A RENDER OR GAME! At low, fans are around -44db Quiet as fric

The MacBook Pro M5 is an impressive upgrade that delivers outstanding speed, efficiency, and reliability. Whether you’re editing 4K videos, creating graphics, programming, or multitasking with demanding applications, it handles everything effortlessly. The display is stunning, with vibrant colors and excellent brightness, while the battery life easily lasts through a full workday. Apple’s build quality continues to be top-notch, with a comfortable keyboard, best in class trackpad, and premium aluminum design If you’re looking for a high performance laptop that will stay powerful for years to come, the MacBook Pro M5 is an excellent investment for professionals and power users.

Macbook has been a dream, works amazingly, handles all tasks i’ve thrown at it so far and stays cool to the touch with no sound from the fans, and getting the m5 pro version that comes with 24GB was a good move as the 16GB would have held this back a bit.

Got the 14-inch MacBook Pro with M5 Pro chip, It’s super fast, everything runs smooth even with heavy apps and multitasking. Display is really sharp and bright, and the build feels very premium. Battery life is also good for daily use. It’s expensive, but honestly the performance and specs make it worth it.

I have been using Windows laptops almost all my life for schoolwork, gaming, and browsing the internet, so buying myself a new MacBook was a great change. I used to face overheating issues on my Windows laptops, even when doing tasks that weren't very demanding. Comparing that to the MacBook has been a great experience! I bought the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M5 Pro chip, 24GB of memory, and 1TB of storage in silver. The design is beautiful, the screen is amazing, and most importantly, I can do almost anything on it without any lag. The speakers are great, and I really like the keyboard and trackpad. The integration with other Apple products, including my iPhone, is also noticeably better than what I was used to with Windows. Although it took some time to get used to the new operating system, it wasn't difficult at all. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. The laptop is definitely high-end, and its performance is more than what I need. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and premium device. Although it may seem like an expensive investment, I believe it's worth it for everything this computer can do. I'm happy I decided to go with Apple instead of buying another Windows laptop.

I always said I would never get a MacBook or anything apple, until I got into photography and needing to upgrade my laptop, only to find out that the PC market has been oversaturated with very low quality offerings. Specs look great on paper but then you get laptops that overheat, are limited in power, constantly have issues from the begining, etc. That's when I started looking into apple and this beautiful, metal body powerhouse of a machine. It is plevident this MacBook pro will last me many years and that it will be able to run high demand software for many years. The display is amazing, runs smooth as butter, no issues and it has been easy to navigate with. Absolutely happy I went with it.

I recently bought the 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M5 Pro chip, and honestly it’s been a great upgrade for me. I’m still learning my way around computers, but this laptop makes everything feel smooth and easy. It’s really fast, doesn’t lag, and handles everything I need for school like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint without any issues. The battery life is solid and it charges pretty quickly. I also like how clear and sharp the screen looks, especially when I’m working on assignments or watching videos. It feels like a high-quality machine overall. If you’re a student or someone getting back into using computers like me, I definitely recommend it. It’s powerful but still easy to use once you get the hang of it.

I love my New 14” MacBook M5 pro chip with 15 core CPU and 16 core GPU, 24gb memory and 1 TB ssd. It’s so easy to handle. My previous one was 16” I was not comfortable with the size. So far I’m like so much and happy and satisfied with my purchase.

The M5 is a great machine. Upgrading from a M3 pro. The speed is significantly better. It is great to have the better RAM and disk space. The only piece I miss is the battery which is not as great as the Air, but then no comparison to that one.

Love my new MacBook Pro! Super fast, great battery life, and worth every penny. Highly recommend.

I just love how fast is the SSD in this machine. I just came from a M4 air and got this M5 pro MBP open box very cheap. I can’t recommend it more. The apps open fast, it doesn’t heat at all. Not a finger print as previous models. You just have to wipe it once in a while I first considered a silver one, but this color was cheaper, so it was the one I choose and I don’t regret at all

Speedy and reliable. Great battery life! Wife uses this for her graphic design work and she has nothing but complements!

As a new MacBook user, I’m really impressed with the M5 Pro MacBook with 24GB RAM and 1TB storage. Coming from a different laptop experience, I was a little unsure about switching to a MacBook, but I’m really happy with my decision so far. It’s incredibly fast and smooth for everyday use, multitasking, and demanding applications. The 24GB of memory makes it easy to work with multiple apps without any noticeable slowdown, and the 1TB storage gives me plenty of room for files, photos, and projects. The build quality, display, battery life, and overall performance are excellent. Everything feels premium and responsive, and I’m enjoying learning and getting familiar with macOS as a new MacBook user. So far, it has been a fantastic experience, and I’m very happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, reliable, and premium laptop!

I’ve always been a Windows user and have tried half a dozen of laptops over the past 2 years alone, but none of them ever fully worked for my lifestyle, business needs, and travel schedule. I finally decided to give Apple a chance and went with the MacBook Pro with the M5 Pro chip because I deal with heavier tasks and needed something powerful enough to keep up. So far, this machine has been absolutely incredible. It’s fast, efficient, and has handled everything I’ve thrown at it without any issues. But the best part by far is the battery life. I travel pretty often for business, and not having to constantly look for an outlet has been a game changer. I don’t have to charge it every couple of hours like I did with other laptops, and sometimes I can go days without needing to plug it in. The productivity side has also been a big upgrade. It’s easy to work across multiple projects, keep several apps open, and switch between everything smoothly. New Windows laptops offer similar features, but in my experience, it just doesn’t feel as seamless. The keyboard and trackpad are also the best I’ve ever used, hands down. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this laptop. If you’re a longtime Windows user thinking about making the switch, I’d honestly say do it. For power, battery life, travel, and productivity, this has been the best laptop I’ve owned.

The MacBook Pro has a sleek Space Black finish and excellent build quality. The 14-inch display is stunning and offers an excellent viewing experience. While running apps and multitasking, performance is responsive and fluid. For both daily and business use, the 24GB memory and 1TB SSD offer ample room and versatility. It is easy to carry because of its small size. Overall, it's a premium laptop that has performance, portability, and style.  I would definitely recommend this laptop 100%!

Incredible performance from this Macbook Pro. I got the 14' 2025 Macbook Pro - M5 Pro chip to replace my dying work laptop. It does everything my Windows PC could do, and then some. Cannot recommend this laptop enough.

I bought it recently and started to use it. This is my first purchase. I bought the black model. I am happy with it. Also, Best Buy provided the best (lowest) price available at that moment. Thank you.

This is a fantastic computer. As a computer repair technician, I can confidently say that switching from Windows to Mac was a great decision. If you have kids, a Mac is the way to go. Apple's parental controls are seamless and in-depth, making it easy to monitor screen time and app usage. While you can also do this on an iPhone, I prefer the Mac experience. It's also perfect for all my coding needs. I highly recommend it!

I do a lot of photography editing I had actually been eidting on a MacBook pro m1 base for a long Time but the bullet on this since it was at a great price and honestly it's been great the 24 g of ram has been able to keep with my workflow quite great definitely great with having 1tb of storage and m5pro chip is quite reliable so far if you're looking to upgrade would strongly recommend
