The MacBook Pro 15-inch with the M5 chip is an outstanding laptop. The battery life is impressive, lasting all day even with heavy use. The 10-core CPU and 10-core GPU deliver incredible speed and smooth performance for multitasking, creative work, and everyday tasks. The display quality is exceptional, with vibrant colors, sharp details, and excellent brightness, making everything from work to entertainment look amazing.

Absolutely incredible laptop. Found an open box excellent condition model at my local Best Buy and could not pass up the savings for what was essentially just a new laptop that was returned with charging accessories still in the wrapping. M5 processor is blazing fast, 16gb ram will handle just about anything for normal/work use, 512gb hard drive incredible addition for most people’s storage needs. The screen/picture quality with the Retina display is phenomenal, and the sound quality is fantastic for a laptop. Hands down the best laptop purchase I have made over the years in terms of specs, quality, overall aesthetic (space black looks incredible), useful features. Add all this in with the Apple ecosystem, iCloud, music, arcade, etc - this is truly a phenomenal laptop. The latptop is well worth the full price tag, but add in occasional sales or ability to snag an open box item, this is hands down worth every penny.

Powerful, fast, excellent battery life, and doesn’t weigh much. Seamlessly integrates with phone and iPad. Screen is a little small but it’s worth the trade off for the small space it takes up in the backpack.

I had previously been using a 2017 MacBook Pro. I could tell that I needed to purchase a new one, as the old computer kept over heating. I had to keep it plugged in all the time. I purchased this particular model with the M5 chip and it runs like a dream. I can do everything I need to for work and it handles all online work without any issues. It stays cool and won’t overheat. The best part is the long-lasting battery. I can use it for days before I have to charge it. (I don’t use it all day long, but I am using it quite a bit throughout each day.) I had read some reviews about the MacBooks overheating if they had the M4 chip. I had planned to get the M2, as there didn’t seem to be any complaints about them. I am so happy that I found this newest model. It appears from the product description that this M5 was just released this year (2025). I absolutely love this laptop. I am so glad I purchased this product. I was able to get it on sale during the Black Friday Sale. I ordered it on the Best Buy app and when I got to the store I was able to go in and pick it up very quickly. The whole process was quick and easy. Thank you Best Buy!

Best computer I’ve ever purchased lightning fast processor and ram as well as speedy Wi-Fi on a perfectly sized high resolution display. It’s the perfect MacBook for the user who doesn’t need a MacBook Pro (or it’s price) but wants premium hardware compared to the MacBook Air.

I absolutely love this MacBook! I upgraded from my 2018 MacBook Pro and it has been a dream to see such improvements in battery life and performance; even with a smaller display! I was very reluctant to get a newer MacBook because I loved the touchbar on my older model. However the performance and better battery life and quality of the display were more important and honestly other than it being a feature I’ve only had and or seen on the last MacBook I barely miss it. Glad I upgraded and well worth it.

Nothing but good things I traded from the MacBook M4 the M5 is amazing how much faster it is. I couldn’t wait to trade and I’m very happy that I did. I’ve actually had M2 M3 M4 and now I have the M5 processor. It is very cool to see the changes in speed and performance throughout the series even if you have the M4 it’s still worth the upgrade plus I was coming from a MacBook M4 air the pro yes it is a little heavier than the air that would be my only issue. Other than that it’s wonderful.

I had recently purchased a MacBook Pro 14-inch from Best Buy. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions. The pickup process was quick—I was in and out in just a few minutes. The MacBook was in perfect condition, sealed and exactly as described. The laptop has been working flawlessly. It is fast and awesome! I love this laptop. Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely keep buying my electronics from Best Buy. By the way, last week I bought another laptop as well. Excellent service from Bestbuy.
