    Had issues with the screen and several internal components not working properly. Apple replaced all of them with no charge to us. Mechanically pretty sound a reliable product.

    Can’t go wrong with a MacBook Pro. Love that they brought back the HDMI and card reader ports. Just a slight bummer that they removed the USB port from the right side as well.

    I purchased an open box MacBook Pro in Excellent condition because of the cheaper price but once we received the laptop we were unable to get past the log in screen. We took it up to BestBuy to have the Geek Squad fix it only to learn that they were unable to do anything and our only option was to return the laptop. They were also unable to get us an equivalent replacement. Best Buy said that the only other open box MacBook Pro available for the same price was in fair condition which would make it ineleligible for the AppleCare warrenty.
