This laptop replaced my 2020 MacBook Pro and it’s fast! I love it. The 14” is a perfect size and I’m glad they got rid of the visual tool bar! And I’m glad to get the 1TB!

Amazing and super fast!!!! It was an upgrade from my 2019 MacBook so everything is an upgrade! Love it! Only thing I missed is my touch screen bar. Other than that, Perfect!

Came in great condition. Packaging was wonderful. Product was just as described. Best Buy was even helpful and friendly when we had questions. The sales person was very helpful and making sure we were able to utilize any coupon or promotional deal to help save us money. My son has enjoyed his laptop and has been a wonderful help at college. If I had to buy another computer or laptop, I would only go to Best Buy’s For the best service and such friendly sales associates . Thank you for being a store that we can still walk into and get help from friendly people!! Thank you!!

love the new design and bigger screen. The screen is amazing. I like the speed of the M3 chip too.

Walked into Best Buy thinking I wouldn't buy anything. Went to the apple section to test the knowledge of the local sales people. Turned out they knew the product they were selling very well. Very surprising since I don't run into a lot of people today that care enough to be good at their job. That was the first selling point. Highly recommend the Winter Garden FL store. The sale person then explained all the ways I could save on the device today including how I could save money in the future (Which I actually did save money, explained later). Overall moved to a Mac because the sale experience and the knowledge gained about the product. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The person sold me apple care (always worth buying if you ever had to pay out of pocket for a Mac repair, parts are very expensive if they are major parts) and the bottom tier Best Buy membership. The laptop ended going on sale for less than I paid. Contacted their support and received a refund for the difference. The catch is that you have to monitor the price of the item you purchased for the eligible period. They won't just give you a refund if they put it on sale cheaper.

Awesome price and the MacBook Pro I purchased is working perfectly so far.
