I was a little surprised that games like Genshin Impact run flawlessly at the highest settings using Crossover. Due to the nature and variation in my work environment, I have generally preferred laptops. I have enjoyed the latest generation of Apple Silicon MacBook Pros because they fixed many issues with previous laptops across the board. They are power efficient and, best of all, you can use them anywhere without worrying too much about the battery life. It used to be that I would have to worry about leaving the back of the laptop up for airflow, but with Apple Silicon MacBook Pros, that's no longer the case unless I am working on a very processor-intensive task. With the M1 and M2 generation of Max processors, the 14" MacBook Pro had some limitations compared to the 16" MacBook Pro, but the M3 Max has mostly caught up, and now allows the High Power Mode on the 14" Max variants. The space black color is a good alternative to the Space Gray and Silver colors that have been around for a while now. I was worried about Space Black ending up with too many fingerprints, but that hasn't been my experience after a few weeks of usage. It requires minimal cleaning, just like the Space Gray color. My main complaint with the MacBook Pros is their keyboard and how the finish rubs off the keys after regular usage. I wish Apple could figure something out about this because it makes the keyboard look bad after a while as if it was abused! If you are a macOS user, you can't go wrong with the latest 14" MacBook Pros.

The Mac was extremely fast and well built, not the lightest computer on the market but light enough for travel screen- bright and colorful, one of the nicest screens ive seen on a laptop that is not OLED. Battery- I came from a Windows PC, the battery life on this thing is extremely optimized and I can easily get more than double the battery as my pc while on a 3d workflow. overall id recommend this MacBook to anyone using it for some video editing and a 3d workflow, .

I love this laptop so far! It's incredibly fast and can handle any task I throw at it. I switched to this laptop from the surface studio 2 after hearing of its amazing battery life and I couldn't be more pleased. The surface studio 2 was an amazing device but unfortunately its lack of sufficient battery life constantly strained its performance. I could barely get 6 to 8 hours of battery life while only running simple programs like chrome or word (It should be noted that this was my experience with the 4050 variant). It was this issue that incentivized me to try the Mac to see if I preferred it. This laptop now lasts me an entire day without charging while in college and then some! I can typically expect to get 20 hours of battery life running multiple small programs in the background, and it BARELY throttles performance, unlike most windows competitors. Further, the integration with my iPhone is truly amazing. If you're looking for a quick and striking laptop, this one might be the one for you.

Had to replace a similar notebook bought 10 years ago! Hoping to get good service out of this one. So far, it appears to produce as advertised. It is processing quite fast, nice display and effective battery longevity per charge.It is smaller than my previous notebook so i appreciate the light weight .

I was working on an intel chip macbook from 2017 before this so the switch is amazing! I made sure to get more storage and memory so I can use all the programs (I'm a designer) - there was some reviews online about maxxing out the 14" but it doesn't overheat IMO. Love the space black, and the size is PERFECT. I had a 15" before and it was way too big. The goldilocks size. Writing to you from owning it for over a year - no issues. Thanks Best Buy for being trustworthy to get my electronics from! It's now my child, I'm afraid of anything happening to it. I recommend those keyboard cloths!!!

I had been eyeing this laptop since the release and once i saw it go on sale i had to buy it. I have owned this laptop for about 2 months now and never been happier. Runs very quiet, never really gets hot, super portable, and great battery life!

The performance is outstanding, with lightning-fast processing speeds that handle all my tasks seamlessly. The display is crisp and vibrant, making it a joy to work on. The build quality is exceptional, as expected from Apple. Battery life is impressive, lasting through a full day of intensive use. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and reliable laptop.

An extremely capable computer that can handle most anything you throw at it. The display is beautiful, the speakers are some of the best in a computer this size, and the battery life is very good (even better when in lower power mode and not doing very demanding tasks). The finish has held up well so far, but will show scratches and scrapes. The M3 Max chip is most certainly overkill unless doing professional levels of workflows, designs, and renders.

First upgrade since my 2016 MBP. This thing is a beast! Best Buy made it super easy to purchase. Apple continues to impress me with its lineup. I did not experience the heat issues mentioned by others. I also did not notice extra fan noise, but maybe I’m just used to it.

This is definitely the best laptop for recording and editing music files. Recommend the larger RAM operating system capacity and 1TB of memory storage.

This is a beast and just the right spec for me. I use this primarily for offline video editing and light motion graphics and it doesn't hiccup in Avid, Premiere, or Resolve. Battery life is excellent, screen is beautiful and having an SD card slot again is glorious. Got an excellent deal on an open box as well. The Space Black is gorgeous as well. Incase Dots case pairs beautifully with this as well.

Very fast and efficient. I can have 20 apps and tabs open and it never slows down or gets hot. Amazing at multitasking and amazing battery life

Love my new macbook!! Been wanting to upgrade for a while coming from the i7 i bought from best buy a few years ago. the speed difference and quality of this machine is amazing!! I use it for music production and i can run many programs or apps at the same time. I would buy twice if i could!

Great laptop, speed, display, battery are all excellent. I bought this max to be part of my mobile kit for work, so far it's been amazing, but the operating system and apple ecco system can be limiting. One serious note that I wasn't expecting, despite all the positive reviews - you can hear these fans when pushing the system, and it's been a little surprising when it happens. A lot of that comes down to optimization on the software side, but it still caught me off guard. I highly recommend this laptop for professional use, just know that the price of being first into a new generation of tech is that not everything will translate or work as expected until it catches up.

Excellent quality for an open box and FASTEST MacBook Pro that i have had to date. I traded my old -which wasn’t old - for this bad boy, it was a 16 gb m2 13 inch so i for sure upgraded and hope to have this beaut for a few years to come. I say a few years because its apple we are talking about and things become old after the next release,,, Oh and the black is literally gorgeous i had space grey before this and many are saying its a darker space grey and I disagree its a black beauty and I’m in love. I also took the plunge and about a studio display open box, also in love, get the regular glass nano is a waste unless you are going to compute outside, the regular glass’s resolution is pristine nano will not give its full potential, also get a computer riser before spending 500 more for the height adjust, silly. That is all folks!!!!

Look, apple products are way overpriced. If you’re price sensitive, there are far less expensive products you can buy and tweak to get a similar user experience. But if 3k isn’t a big deal to you, this computer rocks. Fastest computer I’ve ever used. Less than 20 seconds from the time I open the lid to the computer turned on with over 10 apps loaded on startup, including the time it takes me to type in my login password. I haven’t seen a spinning pinwheel no matter how many programs I’m running simultaneously. The max chip and 36gb of ram is definitely overkill but for me it’s totally worth the hassle-free experience. It’s a true desktop replacement (once plugged into a monitor) that’s also portable.

I use this macbook daily for school and video editing. It handles my work so well and the battery life comes in handy when I’m on the road. This was honestly worth investing especially with the screen quality for 4k video editing.

All the power I could ever need and more. Fast as my Ryzen 7900X desktop PC with 32GB of RAM but in a sleek, portable package using a fraction of the power. I love the efficient-yet-powerful nature of Apple Silicon.
