This literally is the fastest computer I have ever had. It is sleek, light, durable, and fast! Did I say fast? Ergonomically, it is a gem. Functionally, it is lightning fast and very reliable. I am very pleased with my purchase, especially because I needed a new computer. This thing is really a versatile and useful laptop. You won't regret it!

This is a beast and just the right spec for me. I use this primarily for offline video editing and light motion graphics and it doesn't hiccup in Avid, Premiere, or Resolve. Battery life is excellent, screen is beautiful and having an SD card slot again is glorious. Got an excellent deal on an open box as well. The Space Black is gorgeous as well. Incase Dots case pairs beautifully with this as well.

Reminds me of the best gen macbook ever made, the A1278 Good battery and plenty of power wthout being flimsy like the Air. Price tag is rough though, upgrading storage and memory should not come with such a cost.

This MBP is a great machine. The cost-to-value proposition is not great (as with many apple products outside of the entry level) but my job is paying for it so it doesn't affect me. I had to knock a star off for that though - if you don't need a mac for any particular reason, your dollars will go much further with a Windows machine. I use this for development with multiple concurrent VMs, some windows, some mac, and it accepts everything I throw at it.

Really, just getting started with this, but so far I’m loving it. Great speed and battery life. The display is a nice upgrade from my old Samsung. I might upgrade my rating to 5-star, but too soon yet.

Almost perfect laptop - the 14" is just the right size. 16" too big for taking on planes etc. I use it for software coding (Python) & development and rendering GoPro/DJI/Insta360 video - no trouble for this beast of a laptop. Minor gripe is the black notch at the top for the camera which you just get used to.

Got this for graduate school (Cybersecurity/Data Science). Needed something that could easily run a Windows VM so I went with the M3 Max w/ 36GB RAM. This thing is a BEAST - easily powerful enough to run 2 OS’ concurrently. With RT cores, I’m hoping to keep this for the next 5 years (at least) like my last laptop.

I love this computer! It is SO fast. I handles everything I need it for, which so far has been mainly videoconferencing. The camera is extremely clear. The battery lasts a long time and it has a smart recharging feature that seems way more efficient that past computers I've had.

Bought this for software development and it has been great so far. It is significantly faster than my old 16" intel MacBook. I can get away with charging this thing every 2 days if necessary.

It is amazing how much power and speed can fit into something so small. This is perfect for its size, its weight and its power. I run Unity for game making and it runs circles around other more powerful devices I have owned.

This is the second MacBook Pro I have had. It is a great machine with higher end memory and twice the storage from my previous one. As are all Apple products, it's pricey, but I spent years fighting with PCs and their vulnerbilities to viruses and outside forces. In addition, it seemed that every PC I ever owned was obsolete or quip working well after 2-3 years; I used my first MacBook Pro for almost 10 years. Easy to set up and was gotten to me as promised. The one con that I have (and I knew this when I bought it) is that it has no ports for USB, so I will have to get a converter in order to use and/or access my external hard drives or my flash drives.

All the power I could ever need and more. Fast as my Ryzen 7900X desktop PC with 32GB of RAM but in a sleek, portable package using a fraction of the power. I love the efficient-yet-powerful nature of Apple Silicon.

wonderful laptop, can handle large programs such a adobe photoshop and lightroom at one time. really happy with this laptop

The macbook pro M3 Max has one of the best battery lifes in a laptop. Th overall performance is amazing everything opens up very quickly.

Super fast and super quiet. Great form factor . Prefer this over 16"

The M3 Max is a powerhouse ! Its excellent when using Davinci Resolve and having the higher 36GB Unified Memory helps keep things running smoothly with high performing applications or running hundreds of chrome tabs. The Space Black color looks phenomenal and is a nice break from the same Space Gray from so many model years. I wouldn't recommend the jump to this if you already have a M1 Max or M2 Max MacBook. But if you have the M Pro version and Especially an intel chip, then its worth the splurge.
