The M3 Max is a powerhouse ! Its excellent when using Davinci Resolve and having the higher 36GB Unified Memory helps keep things running smoothly with high performing applications or running hundreds of chrome tabs. The Space Black color looks phenomenal and is a nice break from the same Space Gray from so many model years. I wouldn't recommend the jump to this if you already have a M1 Max or M2 Max MacBook. But if you have the M Pro version and Especially an intel chip, then its worth the splurge.

It is fairly new but I am enjoying it and it is really great it's super fast and the battery lasts a long time

The MacBook Pro is the best all-around computer by a mile. I am a software engineer and the combination of Unix developer tools available for macOS and the ample CPU and memory bandwidth make developing a breeze. It’s also fantastic as a family computer, and the battery life is outstanding (I get about 13 hours on a charge, average). I converted from a Thinkpad dual-booting Windows and RHEL and I won’t go back.

This is my first mac, actually my first Apple product. It compares favorably with my PC.

Built for a long life, battery last in my case up to 2 days without charging it. Super fast and has the best for HDR content.

The Mac was extremely fast and well built, not the lightest computer on the market but light enough for travel screen- bright and colorful, one of the nicest screens ive seen on a laptop that is not OLED. Battery- I came from a Windows PC, the battery life on this thing is extremely optimized and I can easily get more than double the battery as my pc while on a 3d workflow. overall id recommend this MacBook to anyone using it for some video editing and a 3d workflow, .

Great computer, real fast with the M3 Max chip (get the Max if you're buying a new Pro), outstanding speakers for a laptop. Only giving it a 4 star because of the 1tb hard drive. It wasn't enough for me with my photography files. I don't like having to load files onto an external or remote. Want them all on my computer (on top of an external or remote). Really wish Best Buy would sell Apple computers (Pro's and Airs) with larger hard drives and more RAM. Maybe it's all Apple will let them sell. 2tb hard drive would be a 5 star. Returned this one and got an Air with 2tb hard drive M3 chip from Apple. Dang anyway...I love Best Buy. It's like a kid walking thru a candy store.

Ive been looking at upgrading to an Apple Silicone chip for a while and finally bit the bullet because this was a great deal. I’m highly impressed with this MBPs capabilities; however, I really wish that Apple would support more than 2 external displays for their Pro chips or MST. I use my MBP for light web browsing and accessing a work VM. I need the screen real estate of multiple monitors for work but dont need any of them to be 6K.

Powerful laptop—perfect for photo editing with AI driven software including adobe and DXO programs. Upgraded from an M1 Pro MacBook, and this new laptop is awesome, brighter screen and more memory! I would recommend highly!

Upgraded from a m1 air. Does everything I throw at it with ease. This boy is a beast.
