    I am very happy with my purchase. My items were ready within minutes and I was able to pick them up that day. I had a bit of a drive so I contacted customer service to see what I should expect on timing and they were very helpful. While we were chatting I received an email stating they were all ready. I was helped immediately when I walked into the store. The option of no-interest financing clinched my decision. The products were all in perfect condition and I had had no issues.

    Needed a computer for son's college. They recommended getting a Mac since that is what their Arts and Communication uses. Although previously a Windows user my son has figured out the Mac and is glad he has it for all his projects. The weight is quite a bit more than a larger HP computer but this laptop is built like a tank and should last him for many years, even after college.

    The good: The MacBook came in great condition, no scratches, scuffs dents etc. The cycle count was 5 with 100% battery health. It even came with the manual + stickers. The bad: This did NOT come with the charger or cable and per their own description of “excellent” condition, it should come with original accessories or something comparable, it arrived with neither! Thankfully my local BestBuy was kind enough to make this right but YMMV as this was purchased online and though customer service will advise the store will provide one, it may not be available.
