Apple graphics are so good! Price was ver very good. I like bestbuy because they have knowledgeable people, who are polite too!

Worst shopping experience ever. Due to recent Amazon discount decided to buy the Apple MacBook Pro 14. Got the tracking info within 24hrs and unit shipped via UPS. 2 days later received the alert that package has been delivered, but to my surprise did not find anything as it was signature required. I called UPS and provided the tracking and they confirmed that its been delivered but to a different address as the box was intended to a different person and different address. Seems like Bestbuy cheated me by sending someone else's tracking number. When contacted Bestbuy they will take their sweet time to investigate and then they will only do refund and will not send me replacement so at last I won't be able to get the MacBook for the same sale price. Pathetic CS from BestBuy I will stay away from this store from now on.

Pretty amazing machine. I thought Windows was supreme, but after purchasing a Lenovo and seeing the battery life on that thing (it didn't even have the dedicated GPU on) I decided to buy a Mac. This little thing is one of the most powerful machines I've ever used. Does everything I want and more, the M3 Pro is able to run jGRASP, FL Studio 21 and Photoshop under load all at once without the fan running, and the 18GB of RAM helps a ton. Macs used to be useless for me, because they were underpowered for the price (seriously, a dual-core i5 for a 2018 MacBook Pro was $1499), but now the overpricing is minimal, although the SSD and RAM upgrades are way too expensive. Rarely gets hot (unless you connect it to an external display, but even then it's not really hot, just slightly toasty). Display is the best I've ever seen on a laptop, I genuinely can't see the pixels up close. Speakers have bass which is rare on a laptop, even more on a 14" laptop, trackpad is the perfect size (the 16" is unneccesarily large), and the keyboard is much better than the annoying butterfly ones Apple used to supply (although the travel is a bit small for me, but I am 6'5" so my hands are on the larger end). Battery life is ~13 with moderate loads at 50% brightness, and it's probably much better at lower brightness (but beware, more than 75% that'll cut down to about 8 hours). All in all, this is an amazing product. The compatibility issues noted are not bad at all unless you want to game, in which case you shouldn't even think about a Mac, they are for productivity and creation, not gaming. All in all, this is a great machine, and I think I'm team Apple now. Guess those Mac vs. PC ads were right all along.

I bought mac book pro 14 inch, the first time I got it the screen was slightly tilted towards right i.e the screen and palm-rest were not aligned proper which made it difficult to put cover. I went for replacement and they replaced it without any concerns of what happened, they were like you came for replacement take the replacement, with new one but when I got the new laptop the box of the laptop was rough and was kind of bend. However, the laptop was good. It looked like old from the box so I had to check the serial number with apple to conform it was new.

The computer had an update and totally locked me out the computer. The Computer would not accept my thump print or password. The process could not be fix at the store, had to go to Apple Store but Best Buy was able to exchange for a Surface Computer. Thank you Best Buy fore the exchange.

The worst experience. They cutdown the price just after the day that return due day. So you cannot return it and cannot do price match

Returned after 1 day. Frustratingly AWFUL setup experience while transferring data from previous PC (Dell), with several errors and freezes. And what’s with the Voice Over crap you’re forced to endure at initial setup? Couldn’t even setup email accounts because of locked screens, errors, freezes. Never using Apple/Mac again!

Stopped charging in less than a year for no apparent reason.

The value really isn't that good for what you get. Compare this to older macbooks and even PCs to see what I mean. It's cost overkill for something you cant add ram or HD space to at a later time.

This was open box but the camera was not working at all even than it. Said condition excellent

I ordered my computer it went thru they charged my card it said pending one day later they cancle my order and then it takes 10 days tonget back toy card

I purchased an open box M3 Pro w/ 18GB of RAM and instead received a M2 Pro.

horrible. not worth that much money I traded it in for a Samsung. I have Apple everything but a computer because they just don’t do what I need done. doesn’t connect to another screen and streamline anything with the proper speed. Can’t even watch movies on your tv screen with this.

My expectations were pretty high based on what I had read about the Macbook Pro M3. A month in, still not signed up for Apple Care+ because of some system glitch. App Store has the spinning wheel of death, Safari does not save bookmarks, and any app can freeze anytime, Migration assistant had to be re-started over and over. I have tried everything I could find and nothing helps. A dreadful experience.

I call about the holiday return policy because i had 2 orders that were gifts and because i purchased a week and a half earlier than the 1st of November they will not honor that return police and now its past the 15 day return window, i spent like 6k.

started set up and updates, computer promptly decided to not recognize my pass word, and locked me out. Could not find a simple answer on internet, so have an expensive brick. Never expected such troubles from Mac - never had such issues with PC. Am returning

Wow the quality has gone down - I have the m2 pro which performs pretty well, and got this for my wife. This has had issued since day 1 - two of the ports didn't work. The air drop doesn't work. Neither does the Bluetooth. Not too mention or is noticeably slower than my m2 pro.
