Laptop was too small for me. I'm 6' and had to physically hold legs together to keep laptop from falling

I just bought it in the space black on saturday and on monday they upped it $100, probably because of trumps tarrif calls. I mean last years model for $500 cheaper isnt bad honestly! I got it on thursday and although geeksquad failed to set up an appointment to get my files transfered, i just fid it myself and it was fairly easy. Setting up this laptop was amazing and all the features were so cool and easy to use. Apples integration made the transfer seamless to me and fairly eassier. I was gonna buy one 3 years ago but i opted for the samsung galaxy book 2 because i liked thag slim look, long story short the computer sucked compared to this mac. I will never buy another samsung product ever again. The laptops specs and performace are great, graphics are good, easy to use for school and organizes my files easier than any windows computer could. Especialy sincing word with the cloud was seamless. Microsoft word organizes all my papers easily amd it actually made me a better writer. Deffinitly a beautiful computer amd the side hdmi comes in handy as well. All in all, i hope this computer lasts me a long time.

FedEx stole my package. Best Buy is unwilling to help, FedEx is running me in circles. Such an expensive item should require signature confirmation, but they just dropped it on my porch. Now I'm out $1800 with no laptop to show over 2 weeks later,

Never revcieved our product. We contacted Best Buy, to inform them, and were assured we would get a refund. It has been a month, with countless calls to best buy customer services and we have yet to get a refund for this product we never recieved.

Should have never purchased this. Horrible. Worst purchase I've made in a long time.

we are disappointed with BestBuy price match. price of this item by $200 within one month and after talking with Bestbuy customer support there is still no resolution.

The whole point of applying for the credit card was to get 15% rewards applied towards purchase. They won’t do that. Buyer beware!

I received a device that wouldn't activate, they returned it without any hassle, however it was a bit scary when it wasn't activating

Horrible customer service. Rudely denied my trade in and told me that they can trade my laptop in but I’d have to pay full price even though I purchased it on sale.

Display broke far too easily and then when I went to get it fixed, I was charged $700. This was two months after purchase.

Defective. Battery stopped working after 2 weeks. Unplug it and computer would immediately snap off.

I had to upgrade due to my old 12” 2016 Macbook air died, and this was well worth it. Battery life is great, and when I try to explain the display all is it lives up to name of being liquid. Also the fan noise I had with my other is not an issue, peace and quiet

The speed and length of battery life alone has made this purchase earn back the money spent. I am very happy with this purchase. I was also relieved that I could quickly make this purchase at Best Buy, because my other computer died while I was working to deadline. Instead of spending large amounts of time in a boutique retail environment with long waits, I had authentic and speedy customer service in a moment of urgency.
