    Best Buy has always been my go to for expensive items. They take care of you with their total tech (I’ve had to use it numerous times). I’ve had one incident where I was ready to never shop there again but got into contact with the local manager and he made it right x10. The computer we purchased was for my son. So far, he loves it!

    It was an amazing deal, It was my first time trying open-box product and everything was top notch and works as expected. One thing i noticed was the cycle count was about 8, that means the person might have used it for a while, like less than a month. which was not a bid deal for me.
