  • Better buy the 12/18 cores, 1 T SSD model

    I had to exchange 2 of this model for the final one (12/18 cores, 1 T SSD) to get everything working as expected. the first one the speakers were really quite, the second had issue with the battery (came with 6 cycles and it didn't hold charge as expected) . Finally I bought the 12/18 Cores which it's more expensive but worth it. My recommendation, buy the model 12/18 cores, 1 T SSD

    This Mac bogs down SO FAST. no where near enough ram. For the money I expected more, and I ended up upgrading to a PC for considerably less than this that works fifty times better.

    I do not like it. It is too complicated to use. I am not familiar with apple products, so I decided it was me. I tried giving it away to close relatives I know use apple products. They all passed because they do not want an apple computer.

    I was looking for a touch screen but was suggested this one. It's your normal computer and the buttons where you use the mouse are a little harder to click and you have to click them several times for them to work but maybe it's because I purcased this brand new. My employees have no issues with this computer.

    I traded in my Macbook Pro m1 for this m3 that has a bit more RAM so that I could get some money off. They tricked me in thinking I would only have to pay the difference but when i finally brought it in, they gave me a gift card JUST so i could spend more at Best Buy. The price I was shown after applying my trade-in value CLEARLY showed the difference after sending in my device. Now I’m stuck with a gift card that can only be used at Best Buy.

    Computer cant handle one large excel file without freezing and being unresponsive for several minutes. I'm hoping it's because the product was used when I purchased as if this is the performance of their M3 pro chip, 18gb memory 14coregpu - 512 ssd, I'm not quite sure I want my next computer being an Apple Macbook Pro...

    Gifted it to a computer science graduate, programs that are necessary would cause the computer to get really hot. Too concerning, will be looking for a different computer that can handle the programs
