My 2nd MacBooks Pro Awesome product, dependable pc.

Good computer bought it for school work. But don’t need it anymore

Great for students, media creation and managing jobs

Great capacity and high-end specification, but getting little bugs now and then since its a new product. Especially having issue with the Finder.

It’s the bust one to study and have more benefits .

The computer is amazing, from the speakers to the screen its one of the best MacBooks Ive owned so far and this is my 4th. Computer receives 5 stars but the rest of the purchase does not. The only thing I did not like from best buy is Geek squad ruining my old computer with scratches and huge dent, not taking it for the trade in, they also kept my plug and wire. I will NEVER trade in with best buy again. My original 2017 Macbook was in pristine condition. I decided to trade it in to buy this one. In order to trade it in you need to clear out the OS system in order to do that in a 2017 Macbook is you need to remove the entire OS. Because I did this they did not take my computer and RUINED it with deep scratches and a dent. I also never got my plug and wire back all because they didn't know how to install an OS system back into a computer. Very upsetting and on top of that i cant even sell my old macbook because its ruined and im missing the supplies to charge it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRADE WITH BESTBUY. Do better and teach your tech how to reinstall OS systems on a mac.

Needed an upgrade – steel fills overpriced. Not sure why upgrade plus can’t use the discounted price

Works great! Although the hinge seems to be a little loose compared to M1 pro that I have.

Coming from Windows, Mac OS is so much easier to use. Worse than Windows with Office, Edge, etc , apple has so much bloatware trying to get you to use their apps and services

It’s great. Old laptop was past its prime so an upgrade was needed and this fit thr e bill.

It is very fast and easy to use. Smooth and connect to the internet really fast

The MacBook is incredible. The fan barely whirls so it’s usually always silent. The battery life is the best I’ve had in any laptop. The low rating is because I bought this (open box - excellent) for myself for Xmas but decided to open it early. The condition for this should be like new but there’s a noticeable nick on it. Not unhappy, but this should’ve been listed as open box good and been a little cheaper.

Everything is good, but it is making some pop sounds while playing music

Excellent product, with the only drawback that I've seen is how easy it is to scratch/bend the top lid once it's closed

Great product. Just like any other MacBook. Black, however, doesn’t age well and my 4 week old machine is already showing signs of aging.

It’s not extraordinary they should improve this item and should provide protective cover

Overall good laptop. Space Black scratched too easily though.

I upgraded my 2017 pro with new M3 pro and I like some features but i dont feel the difference in the operating system. Wish they improved the OS.

It is a good laptop, but I kinda miss my 2018 model, which was sleeker and looked more premium.

Great upgrade compared to my previous unit. Great service recd at the Geek Squad counter. Looking forward to replace another unit that is aging.
